Phione/Manaphy have Whirlpool/Dive as level up and HM.

Rapidash and Fearow have Pay Day as an SM.

On Delibird's page Pay Day is shown as one word, it should be two (it's under SMs).

Escavalier should have Shell Armor, not Shed Skin.

Magikarp gets SM Dragon Rage and SM Hydro Pump (though apparently not until 3/20) (though both are level up for Gyarados, but we all know there are perma Magikarps in URPG!)

While we're at it, Riolu only gets SM Aura Sphere

Tropius has SolarBeam level up and TM.

Rattata has Pursuit twice in its level up moves. Raticate apparently doesn't though. Pointed out by some region.

Deino/Zweilous/Hydreigon have Hyper Voice as level up and MT.

Tropius has Headbutt as BM and MT.

Deoxys gets SM Detect.

More moves that are available by different methods to preevos, but still available:

The new version is now up. All the Pokemon entries are now in the /dex directory, but I have some redirection code thing so your previous links should redirect you to the new page. Bar Mr. Mime and Mime Jr.

AND ALSO. The site is best viewed in Mozilla Firefox, and to a lesser extent, Google Chrome. Chrome messes up with some of the height and width between the evolution/forme change boxes, so they may appear to be a little jumbled up, but other than that Chrome is perfectly fine as well. I would really prefer not for you to use Internet Explorer, but if you must, not only are there the earlier mentioned bugs, it also adds an ugly border around the sprites for forme change Pokemon.

You might want to either refresh (F5) or clear your cache if you're still seeing the old one.

Electivire has Giga Impact level up and TM.

Eelektrik and Eelektross have the same rank. I think Eelektross is supposed to be Merciless and Special, but idk.

OMG ALL OF MY YES. I've been waiting for this new version to come out since seeing the Bulbasaur preview. IT LOOKS SO MUCH MORE AWESOMER NOW. A big kudos to Ataro and everyone else involved in this glorious monster's creation.

Bulbasaur/Ivysaur/Venusaur, Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard, Squirtle/Wartortle/Blastoise, and Jumpluff should all have SM False Swipe.

Rayquaza gets SM V-Create

Swablu/Altraria have Hyper Voice as BM and MT.

Phanpy/Donphan get SM Encore

Minun should have SM Mud Sport, not SM Water Sport.

Omanyte/Omastar, Kabuto/Kabutops, and Aerodactyl all get SM Rock Throw

Skarmory has Fury Cutter in small font italics under MTs, but it doesn't accept the TM. Fury Cutter should be a normal MT for it.

Rage should be Tyrogue/Hitmontop only SM instead of Hitmontop only.

If you're going to sort out Deoxys' MT/SM by the forms they're available to (and not just the ones that don't otherwise learn them), like you did with SM Detect, you need to look up pretty much all of Deoxys' MTs and SMs. It does get SM Zap Cannon in addition to the SMs listed for it.

Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard and Squirtle/Wartortle/Blastoise get SM Block.

Drifblim's page has the box for Drifloon green instead of Drifblim for evolution family.

Stunfisk has Sleep Talk as BM and MT.

Marill/Azumarill have Light Screen as TM and BM and Superpower as level up and BM.

Emolga has Light Screen as level up and TM.

Mind Reader, unless I'm reading things wrong, should be available as a bm to Poliwag and both branches of evo. I'm not sure if the following is an error. Under Poliwag's page, under tms, it says Swagger (Poliwrath only), but Poliwag can be taught swagger via move tutor

Mind Reader is level up for Poliwrath and Swagger is level up for Politoed. Therefore they don't accept those moves as a TM/BM/MT for that evo branch. It's the same with things like Gardevoir getting Wish level up but Ralts/Kirlia/Gallade getting it by SM.
