Finally, after weeks of completely random guesses extensive investigation, I believe I have discovered the answers to these questions.

Harry's murder was committed by none other than Ataro with the Rope in the Library!!!

With this, the case of Harry's untimely death can come to a timely end. However, one question yet remains...
