Trainers' Estate: Cafateria/Kitchen

Ace sat down at a table, and opened up a bag of Pokemon food, and began to feed it to Evelyn.
"Hello." He called to some of the other trainers.

 

"Hey." said Serenity. Both her and her pokemon were done eating, so she was now contemplating what to do next.

 

"How are you all doing?" Ace asked, and he and Evelyn moved closer.

 

"Well, Sapphire and Amethyst and I are all done eating, so I'm just trying to decide what to do next." Serenity explained.

 

"Maybe you could go and visit the library, or we can finish our SingStar game!" Ace suggested

 

"Hmmm maybe. I'm really not sure. I might end up taking a walk." She looked over at her pokemon to see if they approved. Sapphire shrugged, and given the look on Amethysts' face, she would have, if she had shoulders.

 

Ace quickly ate some food, but nodding in agreement.
"I think there should be a ball or something like that."

 

"Does that mean I'd get to wear my gown? Yipee!" Serenity did a spin. Sapphire laughed at her trainer, and her trainer smiled back.

 

"You can wear whatever you want!" Ace explained. "You can even dress your Pokemon up as well!"
"Flare?" Evelyn asked, and she stuck her head in the empty chip packet, giving her a nice plastic crown.

 

She giggled at Evlyn. "Oh, how cute is that!!!" Serenity squeed, then spoke directly to the Eeveelution. "May I pet you? Your fur looks lovely."

 

Evelyn looked up and smiled, and shook the bag off her head, leaving it free to be patted.
"She loves being stroked, and she loves dressing up as well!" Ace explained. "Can I pat Sapphire and Amthyst?"

 

"Fine with me. But you should ask them." Serenity told him as she stroked Evlyn gently.

 

Ace nodded, and looked at the two.
"Do you mind if I pat you both?"

 

They both nodded, and responded vocally as well. Serenity grinned at the pokemon she loved with all her heart before speaking. "They both have feathers, so I'm not sure how soft they'll be. Amethyst will probably be way softer that Sapphire is though."

 

"Feathers are very soft though, in my opinion." Ace said, and stroked the two Pokemons foreheads. "They are both rather soft! You must take great care of them!" And Ace grabbed some spare Pokemon food and passed it over to them.

 

"For the most part, they groom each other. If anything gets stuck, the other pulls it out." She looked over at them as they told Ace 'no thanks'.

 

Ace passed the biscuits to Evelyn instead, who swallowed them up.
"I should probably get some dinner!" He said, and quickly grabbed a buffet of potato chips, vegetables, crunchy chicken and battered fish. He also brought some gourment biscuits for Evelyn.

 

"Bye then." Serenity told him, then left, her pokemon following close behind.

 

Ace waved her off, and he and Evelyn tucked into their food

 

After playing video games for a few hours, Zeferin was hungry. As he wondered into the Cafeteria area, the wafting aromas of seared meats, fresh fruits, crushed spices and that special scent of a kitchen in use filled his sense of smell, making not only his mouth water, but also made him realize how hungry he really was.

After ordering a plate of chicken and gnocchi veronese, and a dry stake, and a large bowl of colored marshmallows, Zeferin took his oddly paired plates and sat down at one of the empty tables. Then, as he reached for his Pokebelt where he kept his Pokeballs, Zeferin took off the two Duskballs and, after pressing the center button to expand the miniaturized capsules, gave a small flick of his wrist, sending the capsules racing to the ground next to him.

Just before hitting the ground, though, the capsules opened, releasing a dark, inky light. As the strange light faded, standing in its place were two large, fierce Pokemon: a large Garchomp and a foreboding Dusknoir. "Itadakimasu," muttered Zeferin as he began to eat his meal. Pointing to the food before the two Pokemon, Zeferin said, "Come one guys, eat up. Ketu, the steaks for you. I got it nice and dry, just how you like it. And Charon..Charon!" Zeferin yelled out as his large, ghoulish friend started to drift off over to the other group of people. "Will you stop bugging other people for one?!" With his elbow propped up on the table and his hand held up, Zeferin let his head fall into his open palm, shaking his head all the while. "You can 'greet' them after you eat. I even got your favorite: colored marshmallows."

At those words, Charon froze in place, turned back around and hovered over to the bowl of marshmallows. With his stomach-like mouth grinning, Charon started picking one marshmallow up at a time, and throwing them into his large stomach-mouth, chewing each one slowly to savor the taste. Ketu, on the other hand, just ignored the ghost and silently ate her steak with haste.
