The climate is intense. As if to reflect this, the dark rocks covering the room suddenly turn a bright red, also slightly heating up. It appears as if these rocks represent the emotion of the Gengar attacking you all...

Gengar, Sky Lark's Gengar, creates a transparent, green shield around it, protecting itself from any potential attacks from the bigger, threatening Gengar.

That Gengar, sensing how weak the other Gengar was, opted for a bit more unpredictable approach. Its arm started to turn blue as it prepared its move. Suddenly, it threw its arm out... toward Togekiss [Ice Punch, no freeze (roll 87)].

Drapion, not yet ready to prepare an attack, started sharpening its claws on one of the red rocks. While it appears to be a bit burned by the red rocks, it is undamaged and instead looks much more focused.

Togekiss decides to play a much more strategic approach. Instead of attacking or boosting itself, it sends a pulse of yellow energy at the Gengar. The Gengar suddenly slows down immensely, paralyzed.

Umbreon also plays a bit of strategy, using Guard Swap. Part of the Gengar's butterfly powers are removed as the Umbreon bulks up slightly.
    Gengar 32.09%/Gengar 100% Par SpA+1 Spe+1
    Drapion 100% Atk+1 Acc+1
    Togekiss 74.68%
    Umbreon 100% SpD+1

    What will you do? @BlueTowel @Synthesis @DarknessRuler @Sky Lark

Is this a boss fight, or a boost fight? Drapion, use Acupressure on Umbreon! 'cause DarknessRuler's down to his last Pokémon there. O.O
Next floor we start getting fully evolved mons, right? And stat changes are retained throughout?

stat changes are not permanent unless explicitly stated to be. So stat boosting moves are not permanent.

Oh, well, I guess Acupressure would be wasted. KOing the boss then.
    Drapion, use Crunch on Gengar!

The room suddenly turns a bright yellow as the Gengar comes to a sudden realization of what is happening. The four allies gather around the Gengar, ready to finish this beast once and for all.

Before all of this, however, the Gengar prepares its arm and releases another blue arm... on Togekiss again. (Ice Punch, no freeze). Unfortunately, the effect it wishes to happen does not occur.

The Drapion, perhaps the scariest of all of the 4 with its especially sharp claws, opens its mouth, creating a sort of black hole. It then bites down on the Gengar, and it gets sucked into the black hole.

As the Gengar is now gone, KOd, the room color begins to lighten even more. The Yellow turns into a white color, as you find you have cleared the first floor! You find a loot of 12 rupees and split it evenly, each getting 3. A door shaped passage suddenly opens up in the wall, and a sign appears on it.

The sign says "Flying and Steel dungeon". Such an interesting concept, for those two to be paired together in one floor of a dungeon, don't you think?

[All of your 'mons are fully healed! You can switch out one of your 'mons for another to get this floor started. After that, @BlueTowel gets room pick.]

    Red. | Blue.... | Yellow.
    Gold | Silver.. | Crystal
    Ruby | Sapphire | Emerald

You enter the blue room, and quite true to its name, this room is quite blue. There's a little drawing of a midday horizon with a blue sky and white clouds, and it even looks pretty realistic. It looks as if someone has spent quite some effort on the place.

You guys decide to scour the room, trying to find any enemies or items or anything. Unfortunately (or really fortunately depending on how you look at it), you do not find any enemies. However, you decide to sit down and look at the other picture in the room, which is night based and has a nice, shining moon.

...but wait! What is that making the moon shining? After several, humorous efforts, you find out that it is a key! You pocket the key and move on.

    (Non battle room, keydom)

Choosing rights for this next room go to @Synthesis
Possible rooms to choose are Red. and Yellow.
You have one key out of 3.

(Hey guys, remember this? Yeah, XY and increased school load prevented me from posting earlier. I'm taking time from that now to post this, and I'll try to keep to this now, although posts will likely be shorter and less elaborately RPed, especially this first one, which I posted to get this back on track)

You enter the red room, finally used to this dungeon thing. You enter, see if something is in there, and if not, exit. If something is in there, well, you have no time to think about that as you are attacked.

It took a bit for you all to regain your focus and stance, but when you all did, you notice what it is that attacked you: a Bronzor and a Farfetch'd. In a room that is essentially ruby red, these two seem to be more powerful and synchronized than the enemies you faced on floor 1, so it may be in your best interest to be more careful now...

    Electivire 100%
    Lanturn 100%
    Gengar 100%
    Drapion 100%
    (not organized in speed)

    versus

    Bronzor 100%
    Farfetch'd 100%

However, just when you think that you are ready to begin fighting... you notice two things that you didn't notice before. Upon a couple more seconds of looking, you notice that there is another Bronzor and a Rufflet in the room. Looks like you'll have your work cut out for you here.

    Bronzor 2 100%
    Rufflet 100%

    What will you all do?
