I would maybe do that for Blastoise or just Turtwig for Duskull.

 

Considering that I'm asking for a TM of roughly the same value as the one Charizard has, and the fact Charizard is fully evolved while Turtwig is not, I think that's a fair trade. Beyond the Turtwig, nothing really interests me that you have. :/
