    I now own:
    Parasect with 10,
    Accelgor with 15 (and if you check TE actually had U-turn and Struggle Bug as TMs which Accelgor learns naturally so I should be alone there),
    tied with Haze's Kabutops with 18 EMs,
    Crustle with 10 EMs,
    Galvantula with 12 EMs,
    Armaldo with 13 EMs

    Lotad should be on its own line, instead of tagging along with Lopunny.

    Also, my Eelektross was given to me with a move it doesn't learn, so it actually only has 23.

    Murkrow NUKEM is being overtaken (sorry Pidge). 25 EMs, Alaska named her Eris.

    And Eevee doesn't have the number of EMs listed, I believe it's 10.
