I'm gonna start by compling all we know here.

Summary made by Siless, edited/built on by me.
It's like a home for any URPGer to join, format/purpose similar to the Casa but more in-depth and much more normal. The design will make it so that mini RPs can occur in the Estate while not disrupting other events that go on, unlike in the Casa where one action draws from everyone else due to the single thread. It will also be easy to jump in at any time.

    The story.(Finished-sort of)
A long time ago, there was a beautiful young woman. She was also the daughter of the richest man in the region. All the men adored her and pined for her. When they asked why, she simply said "There's someone else." However, try as they did, the men could not find who she spoke of.
Eventually, she grew tired of being pestered by men asking for her hand in marrige. So she left, taking only her Espeon. No one in that town ever layed eyes on her beautiful face again.
She took up residence in a forest far away, now known as Viridian Forest, which was far bigger at the time. The young woman built herself a little cottage, and welcomed any and all passersby. Soon she grew very happy with her new life of giving travelling pokemon trainers a place to rest.
Years passed, and her beauty was just starting to show signs of fading. One day, there was a massive forest fire and she barely made it out alive. But not without consequence. Her face had been badly burned, mostly beyond repair. Espeon was able to hasten the healing process, but her face was left scarred and mutilated.
She continued to go on with her life as always. Her home was rebuilt, and she continued to welcome travelers into her home. Things went smoothly at first, until rumors began spreading about a witch living in the forest. The woman was all alone.
"Why was I not happy with all the men loving me?" She cried out. "Because now, no man could ever love me." People ran in fear when they spotted her.
A gangely man walked through one day, on his way to visit reletives. He knocked on the door hoping for a place to stay, and she hesitantly opened it.
It turned out to be her childhood friend, who was the someone else, as well. The two returned to their hometown together, and later got married. She told him how much she loved giving trainers a place to stay. So when she inherited her father's fortune, the couple opened up the Trainers' Estate. At first it had no magical properties, but it gained them overtime. It is said that it's all thanks to Espeon, but that's another story.
So now, the Estate shows up wherever it is needed. Nobody knows for sure who is ultimatly in charge, but many think that it's still the couple from long ago.
-Me (sorry, that last part was rushed, I'll probably do something about it later)

    Current Plan
    [IMG]

-Each Wing contains 2 huge, luxourious bathrooms. One for the girls, the other for the boys.

-People get to request where they want to be, but keeping amounts even makes the final verdict.

-The Phychic Wing is reserved for those of any importance.

-Each of the 3 other wings probably have a 'Wing Official' in charge. Each of the Halls will definatly have a 'Hall Official' looking after things. Once there are more people, there will be more than one official per hall.

-The halls hold room threads. The "courtyards" will also be a thread of their own.

-The Halls are no longer seperated by gender.

    Physical Layout
    [IMG]
-The 3 floors are joined by a magnificent, winding, staircase with an elevator in the middle.

-The Lounge is 3 time the size of the 3 main Central Hub/Courtyards combined. Thus leaving plenty of room.

-The Halls (hallways with doors leading to the rooms) will grow longer as nessesary

    Discriptions

-I heavily edited them, but made by their respective people.
    Fire Central Hub/Courtyard
The "Courtyard" greets visitors with extravagant artwork with mostly vibrant, hot colors lining the walls. Outside people can look up and see the building is painted brick-red, showing off the fiery spirit of its occupants. Small campfires circumfrance it, gaps only to the doors of the bathrooms, Halls, and the hallway leading to the stairs. Instead, those entrances/exits have pretend torches on the wall next to them. The fires are monitored heavily, and are blocked off from visitors (Certain Wing members can use a special key to reach the fires, allowing for maintenance and s'mores). Other than the fires, the Fire Wings' central hub is decorated with small model volcanoes ranging in quality from "science fair"-quality to realistic, which are often placed next to couches.
    -Siless

    Moltres Hall
The area of the hall is designed to be rocky and barren, but at the same time, the hall itself has such a vibrant, lively air that visitors usually don't notice. Murals (mostly of volcanoes) decorate the long, paralell walls of Moltres Hall. Colors consist mainly of its namesake, in all the hues of flames, only stopping at each end of the hallway. It's a very sudden transition to the flowery Shaymin Hall for some occupants. There's almost always some activity in or around the hall.
    -Siless

    Entei Hall
A fake dirt path through faux grassy plains leads through the hall. The walls are all brick, with the doors to rooms lining them. The walls are mostly colored various shades of brown, with red here and there. The doors to the rooms look almost charred. An obsidian statue of Entei stands in each of the two entrances to greet all visitors. At the end where Entei connects to Suicune, he bares a feirce pose, while the entrance from the "Courtyard" to the hall looks regal and welcoming. The hall is filled with energy, but there isn't always as much activity as with it's sister hall.
    -Siless

    Water Central Hub/Courtyard
The water courtyard is the soothing oasis of the Trainer Estate. It serves to combine and strengthen the bonds of the trainers and pokemon alike. The huge, circular room is painted with every shade of blue imaginable, in gradients and hues flowing into one another that can make you feel like you're underwater. An adequately sized, but deep, pond is set in the middle, resembling a Japanese Koi Pond. Goldeen, Seaking, Finneon, Lumineon, and of course, Magikarp, happily inhabit the pond but are not for capture. A statue of Suicune is set in the middle of the pond with a Statue of Manaphy on top of it. Of course they are allowed to be fed. Small dispensers are set near the pond to deposit pokemon food and feed them. Benches are set near the pond and also scattered around the Central Hub. The courtyard also contains many fountains.
    -Kaiser Hosikawa

    Manaphy Hall

The hall is dimly lit and painted a dark blue to resemble the deepest ocean habitats of its patron Pokémon. The temperature is also kept fairly low compared to other locations in the estate. The entire floor of the hallway is a long, continuous aquarium. If you look down through the glass, you'll see it contains many sea-based Pokémon such as Tentacool and Goldeen. A small feeding system is attached ,so if the residents wish to aid in the care of the Pokémon, it is easy to do so.
    -Siless

    Suicune Hall.

The Suicune hall is a work of art in itself. The hallway is a light blue shade bordering on azure. Indigo lights are on the ceiling, giving a calming soothing ambiance. The room doors are oblong, instead of rectangular. Atolorable, cool breeze is always mysteriously flowing through the hallway, then just as mysteriously stops once Entei Hall is reached. A colorful statue of Suicune is adjacent from the statue of Entei. It's set in a noble pose and seems as if it was real.
    -Kaiser Hosikawa

    Grass Central Hub/Courtyard
The "Courtyard" area is contained within a heavily maintained greenhouse environment. Yet somehow, it stays comfortable to the non-plant inhabitants as well. The walls are fairy normal, but the ceiling is made of glass. The walls are painted with realistic trees however. Floral arrangements and exotic plants are commonplace, hanging plants on the walls, and the plant-life is tended to by both residents and Pokémon such as Roserade and Butterfree that are owned by the estate. During bad weather, artificial sunlight is brought into the Central Hub via Sunny Day. There are always planting plots open for those who wish to add to the greenhouse.
    -Siless

    Celebi Hall
The Celebi Hall is a light green and somewhat "forested" hall. The "forestry" comes from the several tree branches that extend from the walls and clime up to the ceiling, giving one the impression that they're in a forest. The floor is hard, but is painted so that it perfectly resembles grass. The doors look as if they were tree trunks. Statues of Celebi can be seen in the entrance and exit of this hall. Celebi Hall connects with Manaphy Hall. It is said that they change position each time a Celebi uses its ability to traverse time.
    -PlatinumDude

    Shaymin Hall
The Shaymin hallway is flowery, representing the floral hedgehog pokemon. The walls are a light green with pink flowers adorning it. The floors are a calming white due to their namesakes' belly. The edges of the floors are adorned with pink flower petals. The doors that lead to the rooms are plain wood. A realistic Shaymin tapestry is placed on the wall of the entrance going to the courtyard, and to the adjoining Moltres Hall to show this is the Hall belonging to Shaymin.
    -Kaiser Hosikawa

    Psychic Central Hub
The third floor of the estate largely resembles a cross between a laboratory and a lounge. Most of the furnishings have a chrome finish, and many pink and purple flashing lights adorn the walls and a few of the tables. The entrance to the lounge from the stairs is flanked by statues of Mew and Mewtwo. An Alakazam and its two Kadabra helpers tend to the "machinery" lining the walls (no one quite knows what it does, if anything) and to the wing residents and visitors, though they do their best to make any intruder's stay unpleasant, for only members (and certain others) and their invited guests are permitted there.
    -Siless

    Mew Hall
The Mew Hall has it's wall covered in shades of pink, as Mew is pink. On the Ceiling, there is a large mosaic of Mew playing with a group of pokemon. There is carpeting spanning the hall, a feature unique to Mew Hall. It is thick and plush. On each end, a statue of Mew making a small, pink, ball hover in midair. The hall has ancient stones with pictures of Mew engraved on it on display. The hallway has light, happy vibe that affects all who enter it.
    -PikaCal

    Mewtwo Hall
The Mewtwo Hall is a long, curved, hall covered in checkered tiles of Mewtwo's two colors. The wall is decoraded with designs that strongly resemble double helixes. The entire hall has an ominus feel to it. On the floor, in front of a mysterious, forbidden door, there are several broken tiles. Statues of Mewtwo adorn each end of the hall, looking like it was real, with its arm reaching out to grab you.
    -PikaCal

    --Bathrooms--
These bathrooms are nothing less than spectacular. They have both the hotsprings of Japan and the Baths of Rome. Each of the magnificent bathrooms have one giant one of each. The enormus baths are made of white marble. Next to them are cabinets filled with every kind of soap imaginable. Aside from the open ones, there are also small, private ones available. The spring in each bathroom is designed to appear natural, despite being manmade. Elegant pillars are stacked around the spring in a circular pattern. A Vaporeon statue is set to shoot out water into the hot spring in a water gun style. A small, closed off area is set near the spring with sinks, toilets and changing rooms.
Each of the four wings has 2 of these availiable. One for the girls, another for boys.
    -Kaiser Hosikawa
Note: People are perfectly welcome to use bathrooms that are not of their wing, as long as they are invited by a member of that wing.

I start with the Rules. More will be added in time.
    Rules
-PG-13 content(anything further can go in PM's,IM's dont really care.NOT ON THE FORUMS)
-No bashing people unless for RP relevance(Have there permission first)
    -Watch your language.
-No dragging others to do anything against their will.No means No.
-Use only URPG Pokemon. If its not in your stats, you don't own it.
-No Gen V before release on URPG.
    -First come first served.
-Once you select a room, you may not select a different one.
-No overnighting in another persons dorm unless its a approved event.
    -2-3 line minimum please.

Will organize and add more later. Breaking these rules will result in suspension and ,if necessary, expulsion from the Trainer Estate

Is a poll really the best at this point? The idea is still in the early stages of production, things could change that would make people who voted high dislike it or those that voted low (not that there's any yet) like it.

Just thought of an idea to toss out; instead of each wing having two halls based on gender, we could have the halls based on some other aspect of the Pokémon, with each hall containing (at least) one main building and two dorm buildings (for each gender).

Using the Psychic Wing as an example, the Mewtwo hall could contain the active officials of the estate, while the Mew hall could house trainers that have made themselves a reputation in the estate, either through battle or service. (I picked this to be housed this way based on previous discussions, with the Mewtwo hall housing the ones who actually keep everything in working order because of how much more "active" it is in the world than Mew at this point.)

I'm male. Gardevoir mess you up?

I can work through the wings to come up with characteristics for each hall. I think separating each wing description by post will make the ideas easier to organize, and I can edit in additional wings/description changes if we need them, if that sounds alright.

I think a general kitchen/cafeteria area will probably be best at the moment, so you don't go over the top too much

    Fire Wing
Members of the Fire Wing tend to be spontaneous and emotional, though many of the more experienced occupants seem unusually in control. The main wing building greets visitors with extravagant artwork with mostly vibrant colors lining the walls. A contest hall is available in the main building, as well as a battlefield, but battling is mostly done in the area of the halls instead. Outside, the building is painted brick-red, showing off the fiery spirit of its occupants. The halls are built out in the open for an outside feel, while buildings for the dorms themselves provide shelter (or some nice, quiet time while everyone else is outdoors). Small campfires surround the path to the main entrance. These fires are monitored heavily, and are blocked off from visitors (Wing members can use a special entrance to reach the fires, allowing for maintenance and s'mores). Beyond the fires lie small model volcanoes ranging in quality from "science fair"-quality to realistic.

    Moltres Hall
The area around the hall's three buildings is designed to be rocky and barren, but the hall itself has such a vibrant, lively air that visitors usually don't notice. The two dorms are separated by a central meeting hall, but are all joined under one connected roof. Murals (mostly of volcanoes) decorate the outer walls of the buildings. There's almost always some activity in or around the hall. A battlefield outback is strewn with boulders for more tactical/evasion based battles. Occupants here tend to show more care for their Pokémon than their brethren in Entei Hall, but insinuating that the other hall does care more for their Pokémon typically leads to battles. The Moltres Hall runs the Fire Wing's small medical facility in the main hall.

    Entei Hall
A dirt path through grassy plans leads to the hall, which sits itself around a large dirt battlefield. The buildings are all brick and form a circle around the battlefield, with the dorms being in the back and an entrance building in the front. The sides of the buildings facing the battlefield are all reinforced, but still show signs of damage from the frequent (and chaotic) battles. A statue of Entei stands in the entrance building to greet all visitors. Member activity ranges from rigorous training to playful racing, though most members also spend at least one day a week resting. The hall and the area around it is filled with energy, but there isn't always as much activity as with it's sister hall. Entei Hall regularly hosts battles for the entire wing, and often invites other wings to participate as well.

Well, the Wings will still have 2 halls, but no longer will seperate by gender. I'm updating names, and will soon be posting the chart.

Edit: *Looks up at siless' post* are we Hogwarts now?

I think a snack bar would be something nice to have in the cafeteria. What they have so far doesn't seem to be going over the top. It seems to be going in a fairly well direction.

My only concern so far is what would be in the lounge. I am eager to see if it would be some sort of game room or something along those lines. I hope that it will be announced soon to see what it would be. :p

Yes, I am planning on expanding the Lounge. I'm just not sure to what yet.

And I'm gonna name the halls after legendary pokes of that type. I'm halfway done.

Sounds like a plan. I'm guessing that one of the Grass Halls will have something to do with Shaymin? That or the dogs would be epic. Except that there isn't a grass dog.

And the discription seems like something I could do. I would just need an example to build off of. I like discribing things.
