    As many of you know, Phione lost its legendary status in URPG. This has lead to the balance of the universe being thrown off. The only way to correct it is to replace Phione as a legendary Pokémon.

    The new legend is something that is mostly unstoppable in FFAs:
    Swablu!
    And URPG's best Swablu trainer gets to be a Ref for a week!
