On the Volcano course, you need to throw an object at the Charmeleon near the end of the course and knock him into a pit of magma. When he emerges, he will have evolved into a Charizard.

What anime numbering standards are being used: the one used by Bulbapedia, or the one used by Serebii and some other sites? In other words, does it include the clip and/or banned episodes?

 

Banned episodes are included, like on Serebii.

EDIT: I would also like to clarify that question 8 is referring to holding the position of Head of URPG, HKims current position, not just any kind of leadership position.
