    Crobat doesn't necessarily need to boost its speed or pull a Thunder Wave off successfully to be annoying. It's already faster than all of Marth's Pokemon. :lol: Either way, the use of both in tandem could be particularly annoying, although it may not necessarily be easy to execute (or probable).
