    Imagine, if you will, a tournament with 16 entrants. In a singles tournament, there are 16 people that need to fight, resulting in a certain number of matches.

    Now, imagine that tournament was a doubles tournament. Instead of 16 battlers, there are now 8 teams, which results in fewer battles.

    There are still 16 individual participants, yes, but since they rise and fall in groups of 2 instead of individually, the tournament goes much much faster as there are fewer battles.

    no, there are 8 participants, one participant would be defined as a team of 2 people. so there'd be 16 people but only 8 participants.

    16 persons would be taking part in the tournament. They are participants. Whether they're grouped or not is irrelevant.

    This occurs at Midnight Gmt and other odd hours across the world, im just saying a catalogue would help people decide if it was worth there time to attend. It would also help people decide if they wanted to purchase anything. Right now I want to buy a whole tonne of EM's and other bits and bobs for myself and as gifts but I'm not on the off chance that there is a poke i want at the auction. if i knew what was going up i could potentially make that decision sooner rather than staying up late finding nothing i want and then going to bed dissapointed

    No matter what time is chosen, it's going to be inconvenient for someone. 7pm for me is 4pm for Americans in Pacific Time, roughly 11am for Australians, somewhere around 8am for Ataro in whatever the heck part of the world he lives in (Philippines I think?), and yes, 12am for you brits in the UK. If I adjust the time so you are less inconvenienced, it's going to push other people into a 3-5am range which is more unfair to them than 12am on a Saturday is for you.

    This was the best time I could come up with for the majority while still being available to host it. I wish you would have brought your concern up earlier than a day before the auction, but 1 person out of 30 isn't enough for me to adjust the time, sorry. >:


    Regardless, we are never going to reveal the mons up for auction before the actual auction. It's part of the game. If you don't want to stay up for it, then don't. :p
