I don't talk to you much, but then again I don't talk to much of anyone much unless they IM me first, and usually when you're on in the park chat I'm mobile so I don't talk in it. Anyway, I remember you showing interest at this in the park event over the summer, and I know you, as well as Bee like to collect rare park items. There is only one of these in existence, so that makes it very rare, especially considering what it can do.
