❄The URPG Winter Fortune Wheel 2016❄

Welcome to the fourth URPG Winter Fortune Wheel, sponsored by the contest section.

Rules
1. The fee is $2,500 per spin. This can be paid in contest credit if so desired (as can additional fees for Pokemon).
2. The event lasts for two weeks. It will end at 6AM GMT on January 6th.
3. You can spin the wheel three times in the two week period. However, each spin must be on a different forum.
4. All prizes can be gifted at the gift station.

Prizes

1-5: Delibird

6-10: Berry Store Pokemon (An additional $7,500 is incurred if the user wants to obtain the Pokémon and it is Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3. This does not need to be paid instantly, but must be paid for before it is added to your stats)
1-5: Tier 1 Pokemon (Abra, Feebas, Pawniard, Honedge, Turtonator)
6-19: Tier 2 Pokemon (Nosepass, Ponyta, Swablu, Tangela, Inkay, Hawlucha, Drifloon, Salandit)
20-44: Tier 3 Pokemon (Buneary, Growlithe, Mawile, Minccino, Petilil, Remoraid, Sneasel, Pumpkaboo, Clauncher, Castform, Crabrawler)
45-64: Tier 4 Pokemon (Cherubi, Combee, Oddish, Paras, Skitty, Snorunt, Surskit, Whismur, Bunnelby, Espurr, Geodude, Pachirisu, Rockruff)
65-100: Tier 5 Pokemon (Caterpie, Kricketot, Wurmple, Scatterbug)

11-25: Contest Credit Airdrop
5 sided dice: 1k CC, 2.5k CC, 5k CC, 7.5k CC, 10k CC

26-40: Berry
67 sided dice: Use the lists here, 1-64 are numbered in the gen 4 piece, 65 = Roseli, 66 = Kee, 67 = Maranga. Berries with no battle effect are excluded and should be rerolled. Alternatively, Berry Store list may be used.

41-60: Berry Basket (5 different berries of the users choice)

61-75: Battle Item
3 sided dice: Choice item, Life Orb, Leftovers

76-99: Resistance Package (3 different random resistance berries)
3x 18 sided dice: Occa, Passho, Wacan, Rindo, Yache, Chople, Kebia, Shuca, Coba, Payapa, Tanga, Charti, Kasib, Haban, Colbur, Babiri, Chilan, Roseli
