    Sabrina is the original Saffron gym leader. As I am Saffron I would like to keep her legend living by using one of the mons she had used. Okay then, itbl learns 5 psychic moves via TM, one via MT and two via BMs. One of the TMs it learns is teleport which is generally reserved for psychics. this was a TM I was very tempted to use on my gym. It even looks like a psychic pokemon with its big eyes and purple color. I have had people here in the URPG say sometimes they forget its not a psychic pokemon. :)
