Totally forgot to post predictions. Winners in bold

GliscorMan vs Elamite - I think Smores' battling skills outweigh Gliscorman's experience, should be a good battle though with a Cradily stallwar inevitable
Siless vs Felly - Despite the type disadvantage, I think Siless can pull through, but this could definitely go either way
Neonsands vs MuddyMudkip - Neon is really good with Steels, enough to take on Fighting I think
Ash K vs Synthesis - derp
CommBA vs WinterVines - Not too sure how good comm is since he never battles and Winter's good with predictions and decisions
SLCalamity vs Fossil Fusion - SLC can be good, but Chris is more consistent
Princess Crow vs TheProtobabe - As much as I want Electric to win, I think Hannah will be able to dispatch the Water types, despite the seemingly glaring disadvantage
    Axion vs Monbrey
    WeTastePies... vs Elysia
Akinai vs Airik - Akinai is good but Airik knows his type better. Could be a close call
Taither vs Nitro - Nitro's pretty good
Ataro vs Ataro - close call who knows

I agree with all of this more or less, but I'd take Felly over Siless in this.

Was going to make a thread for this, but I'm down for it here.

GliscorMan vs Elamite - Elamite is an underrated battler, and I think he will pull out some interesting moves for this one.
Siless vs Felly - Siless knows pokemon. Plus I can't seem to find Felly's stats. People say they are on something called "PWN", but when I look it up all I can find is Professional Women's Network. I don't think that will help her in the URPG. I could be wrong, though.
Neonsands vs MuddyMudkip - Looking forward to this.
Ash K vs Synthesis - I hate making a prediction on this. I think with a Fairy gym, I would have given this to Ash. This will be close, but I give Syn's expertise with Electric the edge. Dojo Master Battle Rematch.
CommBA vs WinterVines - Winter is a great battler, and can make any match close. Not sure how she is with Poison yet, but I give her the benefit of the doubt.
SLCalamity vs Fossil Fusion - Haven't seen Chris battle in 5ever. Going to give the edge to SLC just because of practice and skill.
Princess Crow vs TheProtobabe - Few people have dealt with my gym so simply. Hannah knows her way around a battle and her style is unique and tough.
    Axion vs Monbrey
    WeTastePies... vs Elysia
Akinai vs Airik - Really haven't seen much of either's battle abilities, but by the looks of lineups it will be close.
Taither vs Nitro - Even though he doesn't have Steel anymore, I believe in Tai. He's developed battle knowledge and he'll make this a lot closer than people think.
Ataro vs Ataro - Ataro is way better than Ataro. Am expecting a stomp.

    Round 2 Predictions

Neonsands; vs Synthesis : Good match up, but I think Neon and his steels have the edge here. It may come down to the fact that Steel gyms just have better MegaEvos
Monbrey; vs Akinai : Monbrey knows his shit and his shit happens to be one of the best gym types. That and Nubchicken.
GliscorMan vs Fossil Fusion : Dat Younglink
Princess Crow; vs Ataro : Despite the dominance of Water gyms and Normal's loss of Togekiss, Ataro is just too good. Not that Hannah isn't, but you have to get up pretty early to beat Ataro.
Felly; vs WeTastePies... : More goddamn dark gyms.
Nitro; vs CommBA : CommBA couldn't have got much more lucky with type matchups this week. Psychic gyms can't do a damn thing to Ghost gyms.

Neonsands; vs Synthesis : I'm so certain this will be really close. Could def go either way we're both terribad
Monbrey; vs Akinai : Fire types really good, but Akinai still has a shot. But Fire types are really really good.
GliscorMan vs Fossil Fusion : Chris definitely has this.
Princess Crow; vs Ataro : Hannah will do well, but not well enough against Ataro unless she tries some really unorthodox things
Felly; vs WeTastePies... : If he got Elysia, he got Felly
Nitro; vs CommBA : If they had neutral gyms I think I'd lean towards Nitro, but Commba should have this unless Nitro does really well which he does sometimes!

Neonsands vs Synthesis: Both are really good battlers/have lots of experience with their type, but if there's one thing I learned from Round One of this Tournament, it's this: the power of Steel-types are not to be underestimated. (not that I expected to win, but I didn't expect to lose that horribly ;-;) Still, Syn has a good shot at this; it could really go either way with this match-up.
Monbrey vs Akinai: Monbrey knows his Fire-types, and even though he doesn't battle that often, I can still see him beating Akinai. It'll definitely be a good, close-ish (maybe) battle, though.
GliscorMan vs Fossil Fusion: I haven't really seen both of them battle enough to judge this. Chris is probably more experienced than GM, but then GM still knows his Rock-types well enough to put up a good fight. Idk, I still think it could go either way; though if GM manages to set up Sand, he'll be in good shape to win, I think.
Princess Crow vs Ataro: for reasons stated by the two above me XD
Felly; vs WeTastePies... : what Syn said. Besides, WTP's a seasoned battler and has been doing lots of normals lately that he's definitely not rusty.
Nitro; vs CommBA: Comm's got it 'cos of type match-ups and I daresay Nitro might just be a bit rusty as a battler. Though he did win vs. Taither yesterday, he made a few rather careless slip-ups/mistakes, and if he commits more of those this round, that just might lose him his shot at winning this match, I think.
