What about brackets so if two people on a common branch finish their battles they can go ahead and do their round 2 battles, and even round 3, and so on? Make sure you randomize it!

 

Probably a good idea, but this last round ends in like 22 hours anyway, so I'll leave it as is for now. If the second round lags like this one did then I'll do some kind of bracket thingy.

 

To be fair, only one of the battles is responsible for the wait. You should just make a shorter time for the round. Honestly, if they can't get the battle done by now chances are they aren't going to get it done.

 

I deliberately made this round a little longer because it was the first one. Don't worry, each round from now on will be strictly 7 days.

EDIT: Actually, this round will be 10 days as well because of Christmas and New Years', but each round after that will be 7 days.
