    If you didn't like the rule why didn't you mention it during the week of sign up lol? or even when the original thread was up. When you signed up, it's pretty much implied you agree to the rules.

    Also, there's a very good reason you can't deny challenges. If you were able to deny challenges, some people would get to have less battles, just because they are stronger players and weaker players could deny them.

    If you are doing something you consider more important than the tournament, don't sign on AIM. If you don't like it, hurry up and lose.

    I thought this would have been more like WAR, and I wouldn't have to hear about denying, at least not this early...

    I believe that people that challenge others will, for the most part, be humane. If you have a legitimate excuse to not battle, most people will respect it. Certainly it's a rule, but most people in URPG are understanding fellows (even if they all act like huge dicks) and will back off their challenge, grudgingly if nothing else. After all, it's completely possible to reschedule.

    Of course, there will be times you may have to battle even if a part of you doesn't really want to. However, that's kind of your look out for signing up. As Pidge said, you sign up for a tournament to abide by the rules of said tournament. But in most cases, the examples you guys listed above (bar the not in the mood to URPG one, but really, why sign up for a tourney if you're not going to participate) will be enough for someone that challenges you to be understanding and reschedule for later.

    Turtwig refuses to update his record to 19. Which Web put as 29, but that's not quite right (don't worry Web, we all screw up on Algebra ;))
    100-(25+25+31)=100-81=19

    Alaska's record should be 26, not 22 (don't worry Alaska, we all screw up on Algebra)
    100-(25+18+31)=100-74=26

    And this example from the log thread is illogical in more ways than 1.
    Ex. Trainer A with 45; Trainer B with 20
    Min = 16 star chips; max = 33

    (a) you seem to have add 45 and 20 and used that as the challenger's star chips
    (b) the max wager is over what Trainer B has :x

    And a question: How do prizes work in the case of a tie?

    MUST YOU QUESTION ME ABOUT EVERYTHING IN PUBLIC?!?! I went by the ref log thread to determine leaderboard. I'll go through and redo it. If there is a tie, I'll break it accordingly (most likely with a face-off)

    EDIT: I corrected the example in the log. If you have any further problems with anything, from here on I expect you to follow the instructions of the tournament and PM/IM me
