Ampharos and Whimsicott fought it out for a while, until Ampharos switched to Beedrill who was KO'd by a couple of Hurricane's. Froslass came in to replace, but Mawile came out and mega-evolved, and took down Froslass and Ampharos. Bisharp managed to KO Mawile, but quickly fell to Togekiss.

Darmanitan, Metagross, Ninetales, Emboar vs Tropius, Mienshao, Salamence, Gliscor

This was quite the match! The tables seemed to turn after every, well, turn. The match started out with Metagross and Gliscor, who KO'd Metagross with Earthquake's after taking some significant damage from Ice Punch. Poison Heal helped out, but Ninetales easily KO'd with a Flamethrower in Sun. Salamence switched in and tried to set up but was Roared out, sending Tropius in, who Whirlwind-ed Ninetales out after a speed boost from Flame Charge, bringing Darmanitan in. Darmanitan KO'd the unfortunate Tropius, after some flinching, and Salamence was sent back out. The dragon once again could not set up, as the threat of Encore forced it to switch to Mienshao. Another Encore on Fake Out led to Salamence once again being sent out... who finally KO'd Darmanitan. Ninetales was sent back in, got a stat rise from Ominous Wind, leading to both Salamence trying to Roar Ninetales out but being Roared out itself instead! Ninetales KO'd Mienshao, leading to Ninetails vs Salamence yet again. A Dragon Dance led to a speed tie, which fell in Salamence's favor, KO'ing Ninetales. Emboar however, finished off Salamence. It was a win for Monbrey in the end.

Ninetales, Venusaur, Blaziken, Alakazam vs Swoobat, Galvantula, Crobat, Carracosta

Ninetales took down Galvantula pretty quickly, but not before sticky webs were put on the field. Ninetales fell to Crobat, and was replaced by Blaziken, whose Speed Boost counteracted the webs in a few turns. Blaziken Thunder Punched Crobat away, but was soaked by Carracosta's Hydro Pump. Venusaur came in and finished off the rocky turtle.

Garchomp, Gallade, Cinccino, Sawsbuck vs Charizard, Hitmontop, Delphox, Glaceon

The battle started with Cinccino vs Hitmontop, and the former immediately switched to Gallade, who used Fake Out. Gallade Bulked Up, while Hitmontop bulldozed. Hitmontop switched to Delphox, who was KO'd, and then Hitmontop switched back in and was also KO'd by Gallade. Charizard finally took down Gallade with Acrobatics, then Cinccino tried three times to Rock Blast the 'Zard. The first two both rolled 93's, and Ash wanted to kill my dice! Cinccino quickly took out Glaceon with two Rock Blasts, both hitting their target.

Felly challenges SLCalamity's Gym, Opelucid Gym

Clefable, Chandelure, Cradily, Metagross, Ludicolo vs Goodra, Salamence, Kingdra, Garchomp, Hydreigon

Clefable started against Goodra, and the dragon was KO'd but Clefable took some significant damage from poison moves. Chandelure switched in to face the next dragon, Salamence, who quickly switched to Kingdra. Cradily switched in, and the two battled for quite a while, both ended up with Toxic, and Kingdra went through confusion. Kingdra finally KO'd Cradily via an Outrage, but Metagross finished off the water-drake. Garchomp entered, and Metagross was replaced by Chandelure. Garchomp tried to Aqua Tail, but Chandelure was replaced by Ludicolo with a Red Card. Garchomp was then replaced by Hydreigon, also with a red card, and Ludicolo was forced out on the next turn. Clefable came back in, and was KO'd by Hydreigon's Dark Pulse. Ludicolo came back again, and took out Hydreigon with a few Ice Beam's. Metagross came back in and KO'd Hydreigon's replacement, Salamence, ending the battle. After a dizzying series of switches, Felly was victorious in her challenge.

Swiftgallade46 challenges Felly's Gym, Geosenge Gym

Jolteon, Blaziken, ???, ??? vs Hydreigon, Sableye, Houndoom, Malamar

Jolteon started against Hydreigon and managed to stat up quite a bit, then tried to Baton Pass to Blaziken. Hydreigon roared though, and brought Jolteon back out on the same turn. Jolteon used Thunder Wave, but Hydreigon still KO'd with its second attempt at Dragon Rush. Blaziken came in, took an Earthquake but received a Wish from Jolteon, and subbed, leaving it at a little over half health and ever-rising speed. After two Swords Dance's, Hydreigon switched to Sableye who used Fake Out and switched to Houndoom on a Fire Punch. Flash Fire didn't come to any use though, as Blaziken KO'd it on the next turn. Sableye came back, and was KO'd by a Fire Punch. In a daring strategy, Malamar was sent in to use Topsy-Turvey and reverse Blaziken's massive stat gains to losses, but it was KO'd with Fire Punch before it could move. Hydreigon was forced back out and KO'd by one Brick Break. Basically, Blaziken was Blaziken.

Medicham, Cinccino, Blaziken, Espeon vs Lopunny, Ferrothorn, Golduck, Ditto

Medicham started against Lopunny and tried to KO with Drain Punch, but failed due to Fake Out and a Substitute, and eventually fell victim to Entrainment, making it lose Pure Power. Medicham switched out to Cinccino, and Lopunny switched to Ferrothorn, then Cinccino switched to Blaziken to avoid super-effective attacks. Ferrothorn switched to Golduck, who Yawned, but Espeon came in so that the effect was Magic Bounce-d back at the duck. Espeon started using stat-up moves, as Lopunny had returned at very low health, but then Lopunny switched out for a Ditto with Imposter, who copied the stat-rises. A speed-tie fell in favor of the ditto, who KO'd the Espeon, and then swept against the Cinccino, Blaziken, and Medicham within a few turns.

Haxorus didn't fare too well against Scizor's Iron Head right from the start, and was KO'd and replaced with Infernape after a few turns. Infernape KO'd Scizor and its successor Bronzong, but was defeated by Metagross. Chandelure came in and finished off Metagross, but was KO'd by Lucario who came in and Mega-Evolved. Starmie came in and tried to Hydro Pump Lucario to death, but was unsuccessful.

Lapras, Whimsicott, Metagross, ??? vs Goodra, Altaria, Dragonite, Tyrantrum

Lapras started against Goodra, but roared him out after an Acid Armor, and Altaria was dragged out. Altaria used Perish Song, and Lapras Ice Beamed Altaria to death. Goodra returned, and Lapras soon switched out to Whimsicott as the Perish Count approached zero. Goodra was replaced with Dragonite, and Whimsicott switched to Metagross who switched to Lapras after super-effective attacks. Dragonite switched out to Tyrantrum to avoid Lapras's lethal Ice Beam attacks, and Tyrantrum was faced by Metagross, who KO'd it. Metagross faced Dragonite, and fell to an Earthquake, leaving Dragonite against Lapras. Lapras defeated Dragonite with an Ice Beam, and Goodra was forced out. Lapras used Perish Song... and SLCalamity forfeited to save three extra turns.
