    Syn: Alakazam, Jolteon, Whimsicott, Infernape, Togekiss, Gengar
    Xali: Ambipom, Jolteon, Metagross, Starmie, Arcanine, Crobat

    Well, the battle started off in Xali's favor. Ambipom did some heavy damage to Zam, Meta got rocks up and took out Whimsicott before it could hax, even though it did try, but its Grass Whistle had missed. Some Tricks were used here and there too, a few by Xali, and one by Syn. At some point though Syn started to gain an edge, he got a good shot in on Starmie who came in to do away with rocks. Infernape who had been given a Scarf took out a slightly weakened Meta in a shot who was also holding a Scarf. At some point Togekiss used Thunder Wave on Ambipom, and it didn't have Thunder Wave, but it was fully par'd at least once, and rendered useless. Xali stood a pretty good chance of making a comeback with Arcanine, but Syn relied on a Thunder Wave to make sure that didn't happen, and even though Arcanine put up a good fight, a crucial fully par'd roll set Xali back, and eventually led to trouble later on. Crobat came in, and tried to Con Gengar, but Gengar didn't smack, and Crobat took a big chunk of damage, before it used Sub, as Gengar smacked at that point, and finished Gengar off with Brave Bird. This left Crobat at 7 HP vs a Togekiss holding a Scarf at 20%. Xali would have had the win, but a lucky AP roll managed to get Togekiss a boost, and survive Crobat's Sludge Bomb. Xali tried stalling out Togekiss' AP PP, but on the fifth one, Protect failed, and got Syn the win.
