ATLiam Vs Airik

Airik: Aerodactyl, Sawsbuck, Jellicent, Volcarona
Liam: Jolteon, Arcanine, Hydreigon, Starmie

Aero swept for a bit after Sawsbuck baton passed attack to it, KOing Jolteon, Hydreigon and denting Starmie before falling to a Surf. Things looked bad for Liam with just Arcanine left against Jellicent, Volcarona and Sawsbuck. It finished Jellicent after taking heavy damage from Surf and then Bulldozed as Volcarona Quiver Danced. Hurricane would've KO'd but it missed meaning Arcanine could get a Morning Sun up and KO the statting Volcarona with another Bulldoze, Flare Blitz and Extreme Speed. Even though Sawsbuck won the speed tie, Double Edge couldn't do enough and the deer fell to fire.

What's this, a detailed FFA log? First turn most people subbed while Slowbro's slacking off did no good and Gallade made itself an unwanted target by lowering its defenses through Close Combat. Blaziken however made himself a target with atk/def/spd1 after the first turn and so got smacked by Basculin's Surf just after KOing Froslass with a firey punch to the gut. Gallade close combatted poor Sawsbuck in the ear, knocking it out despite its Horn Leeching efforts. Slowbro slacked off again because it lazy. Blaziken protected against priority moves, while Gengar hazing meant that KOing Gallade was no longer unfavourable. Slowbro the poor thing's slack off failed and some things statted. Blaziken got paralysed and ko'd by Togekiss before Gengar finished the Gallade with some shadowy blobs. Gorebyss beefed, Mienshao failed, Basculin assaulted and Slowbro sat helplessly. Togekiss' boosted speed made it a target and everything attacked it before falling to a Brine from Gorebyss, who stole some of that speed from it. Slowbro meanwhile did a meaningful, useful and thought-provoking move. Gorebyss statted some more while Slowbro got piled and taunted but it lived enough to be unable to slack off. lyke if yhu cry evrytiem :'(

Gengar decided to haze it up making Gorebyss have an emotional breakdown and some subs were exploded, each making a dramatic KABOOM. Some weird move choices like u-turn and aqua jet on a Gengar that easily survived and crunch that didn't break a sub. A few detects, destiny bond, some attacks and several d/c's later, toxic KOs Gorebyss while everything piled Mienshao... who conveniantly chose that turn to detect. Then Basculin protects as everyone piles it. Shadow Ball thanks to skill swapping Serene Grace earlier caused a drop and so did Rock Smash meaning KOing Basculin gave the murderer defense and a special defense decrease. Then Mienshao detected as everyone piled it, leaving me wonder whether this was all orchestrated. However, an aqua jet and psychic was enough to almost destroy Mienshao, but it wiped the grin off Basculin's face with an Aura Sphere to the teeth. Mien stole Basculin's lowered stats and one final Psychic sealed the deal. GG!

Yanmega had satk+3 and spd+1, could've swept but FD used hypnosis instead of going for OHKOs meaning Yanmega died for nothing when it missed. Fast forward twenty turns and Mienshao sweeps with a swords dance and a lum.
