After losing to samtendo once, thumbs was not amused. He wanted a rematch and so did King. "You ready for this buddy?" He said to his lillipup "Work up" Lillipup started to glow. Its attack and special attack grew larger.

 

Hello? Is any referrees listening to us?

My Togepi used Wish and his Lillipup used Work Up just to let you know.

 

Need gender and ability for Lillipup, but I can ref this for you once that's posted.

"So, you understand my strategy...Nice try though! Charm that dog, Pepser!"

The Togepi used all of it's cuteness to lower King's Attack, if this works.

But even if it does, Samtendo must stay aware; his opponent seems to learn alot from their first match...

If Pepser is flitched: He stand still from cringing.

If Pepser can move: The Togepi assemble multiple pebbles to make a multicolored stone, throwing it at King.

Pepser is disappointed by his slight damage and glares at King.
"Do not get disencouraged, fella! Give that Lillipup a lesson with Charm!"
The Togepi did what Samtendo said and tries his best to lower his opponent's Attack.
