XY Public Open (latest mechanics are used, moves are sent in chat, and Pokémon are sent one by one)
No Holds (No hold items)
Default Terrain (Building terrain, only affects Nature Power/Secret Power/Camouflage)
No Starting Weather (no weather begins in effect)
Sleep Clause (only one Pokémon may be asleep due to opponent at a time per side)
Freeze Clause (only one Pokémon may be frozen due to opponent at a time per side)
OHKO Clause (Fissure, Sheer Cold, Guillotine, and Horn Drill fail)
Accuracy Clause (moves with a 100% chance to lower accuracy, such as Mud-Slap or Sand-Attack, do not lower accuracy)
Evasion Clause (Double Team and Minimize fail)

Don't forget to mention Eevee's gender. Also generally you would send move first here having sent Pokémon second (and then it alternates each turn, so I'd send first next turn). As for the ref, I can poke someone to claim it if needed. We don't need one to have claimed this in order to send stuff though.
