No, if you're it then that's fine. Before though, it was never updated so I wasn't sure (and didn't check new gym leaders thread) and since you didn't say Snowpoint was open, I just assumed. Now, I'm still assuming I'm LO of OL Trovita is open, if not then my bad once again.

 

I've seen Pman online regularly so I was going to ask him first before opening the gym, that's all.

 

I want to apply for Saffron too!!!! This is the gym I always wanted!! and I stopped coming last time I submitted application

gl with that. If they reject things in Dragon egg group with Dragon Dance and several other Dragon moves (iirc it was Scrafty), why should they accept Serperior? IF THEY DO, I'D BE TEMPTED TO TAKE THAT GYM BACK.
