"C'mon Chomps. We need to find you some friends. I hope we can catch some Ghost, Dark or Psychic types. 'Course, we could always trade off the ones we don't want, right?" My Poochyena barked his agreement as we walked along route 101.

We were expecting a fight, so we weren't too surprised by the Zigzagoon that leapt out of the tall grass. "Eh, it's just a Zigzagoon, but it's something to trade with, so let's catch it. GO Chomps! Use tackle attack!"

Chomps barked again as he darted forward, slamming into the unfortunate Pokemon. The Zigzagoon flies backward a few feet before getting back up and returning the tackle.

"Tackle it again, Chomps, full power!"

With a howl, Chomps tackles the Zigzagoon hard and sends the creature flying into a tree, stunning it. I immediately throw a pokeball. With a click, the ball opens and the Zigzagoon is sucked inside. The ball falls to the ground, rocking back and forth, the capture light flashing as the Zigzagoon struggles to
    escape.

I'm sorry to say that this piece is far too short to be graded for a Zigzagoon. The All the Pokémon We Don't Hate thread talks about Pokémon capture difficulties. Zigzagoon is rated as a Simple capture, which means it needs to be roughly 5k - 10k characters in length. This is not quite 1k characters.

Refer to the How to Write Stories thread for additional information/vague guidelines on what the basic URPG story might contain.
