Staff Roles

Head of the URPG:

• Highest Authority in the URPG
• Oversees Staff Promotions and Demotions
• Responsible for Long Term Developments within the URPG

Second in Command:

• Second Highest Authority in the URPG
• Authorized to Act as Head of the URPG when Head is Absent
• Can Ban Members from the URPG and URPG Chats
• Must be Consulted for all Staff Promotions and Demotions

Section Heads:

• Authority over a Specified Section
• Responsible for Events and Section-specific Rules
• Oversees Professional Promotions and Demotions within the Section
• Can Ban Members from the Section
• All Section Heads are also Moderators of their Sections

Moderators:

• Can Ban Members from the URPG or URPG Chats for any duration up to one month
• Can Permanently Ban Members with the approval of two other Moderators
• Can Promote/Demote a Member to/from Approver
• Can Conduct Chat Auctions
• Also has the same Authority as Officials and Below

Officials:

• Can Ban Members from URPG Chats for any duration up to one week
• Can Issue Warnings to Members
• Can Conduct Forum Auctions
• Can Approve Trades
• Can Roll Hidden Power
• Also has the same Authority as Approvers

Approvers:

• Can Approve Pokemart Purchases and Starter Requests
• Can Roll Underground

Professional Roles

Senior Referee:

• Authorised to both award and suspend a Referee license.
• Authorised to suspend Battler payments or Referee wages where appropriate.
• Can intervene in battle situations where required, such as cases of incorrect reffing or battling abuse.
• Can roll Hidden Powers

Elite Ranger:

• Authorised to test and approve new Rangers.
• Authorised to enforce Park rules to settle disputes.
• Authorised to ban members from the Park for up to a week.
• Can intervene with incorrect procedure from other Rangers.
• Can run approved events and relay additions and changes to Park.

Chief Judge:

• Authorised to both award and suspend a Judge license.
• Authorised to suspend Coordinator payments or Judge wages where appropriate.
• Can intervene in contests.
