Hello, everyone!

We've completed our latest Staff promotion cycle and are happy to make an announcement:

Evanfardreamer has been promoted to Official!

Evan has been an enthusiastic and helpful member of URPG since his return to the game a little while ago, in addition to serving as Lead Grader. We are excited to have his insight and positive attitude in our Staff discussions going forward.

On a personal note, I am also thrilled to see the eagerness with which all of our non-Staff members have taken the initiative to lead and work on other improvements to the game through our new Development board, Trainer's Court, and profession channels. Meanwhile, Staff is undergoing a paradigm shift to become the facilitators of change rather than its sole exeggcutors. I credit to this new collaboration the success of a number of new features, including--but not limited to--the new concise grading/curating system.

It is a testament to everyone in every role here in URPG that the past year has seen us become a more constructive community. I hope you are all ready and willing to continue that trend, because there's plenty more work to be done. On that note, we were thrilled by the number of applicants this go-round, and we look forward to seeing many of the same names again in a few months. If you are interested in joining Staff, please continue to work on becoming an active, positive force in the community, and we'll be happy to have you aboard.
