Thread: URPG Staff Promotions - June 2017

Ladies and gentlemen, as Head of the Pokemon Ultra RPG, it is my duty to oversee the Officials and Moderators that make up our leadership team. Over the years, the makeup of this team has shifted, but our core ideal to serve this fine community has never changed.

We have come a long way since the times when only one battle occurred in the URPG on any given day. And while during that period a few leaders may have sufficed, they would be hard-pressed to handle the sheer activity we see today. It is for that reason that I’m thankful we have such a steadfast and capable staff.

Today, I am proud to announce the additions to and promotions within this excellent band of leaders. And like each announcement before, this too will change the composition of the team. But it is a welcome change. And just as Pokemon continue to grow and evolve, we too continue to grow and evolve as a community.


The following URPG members are a varied group. Yet they all have a great deal of experience, both in Pokemon communities and in real life. They have demonstrated countless times that they have the courage, ingenuity, and maturity to serve as leaders, even if not titled as one. They desire to improve our community by allowing us to accomplish greater feats and to continue to engage positively with our members. I am honored to promote them to the position of Official.

I would like to acknowledge the contributions of two extraordinary staff members. These two have served admirably as Officials, working to ensure not only the stability of the URPG, but also its continued growth and development. They have established themselves as key leaders in our community and it is my privilege to promote them to the position of Moderator.

It is with some sadness that I announce the resignation of some amazing and talented members of the staff. These people have been around for a very long time and have seen much of our history. They have experienced the trials and tribulations that come with their position and have served above and beyond the call of the duty. These three friends and comrades will be sorely missed.

• Fossil Fusion

Finally, there are a few more adjustments to the staff that I’d like to note.

• Ataro will continue to serve as an Official.
• Embreon will continue to serve as URPG Mascot. (Details on the position will be posted in the appropriate area.)
