Wow, what a great round! Felly, a veteran writer around these parts, took an interesting twist on the traditional Porygon-meets-boy tale and Skye, a new writer who shocked us with his insane story of shipwreck, came pretty close this round. Thank you to both of these authors who wrote such exciting and fast-paced stories! Also thanks to the voters - seriously, we had such a high voter turnout this round! Wow, what an extremely creative round of SWC stories! It was a pleasure reading these stories that told tales of adventure, belonging, and the meaning of truth itself. These stories made us question our very ties to the place we call home, our ancestors, and the precarious forces upon our future. Thank you to all of these authors who wrote such riveting tales, and congratulations to Liam as he proceeds further into this competition!

Welcome to the end! This moment is always unreal and I'm never quite sure how to word what's next. The truth is that everyone's worked so hard to make it to this final round. We were blessed with haunting tales of adventure, friendship, and the nature of life. The authors in this competition have dazzled us all as a beautiful bright red sun would; and the voters too have burned with their passion for the stories here! Another summer sun is setting. It's finally here!
