Once again, NFEs that have evolved once do serious Bad Stuff(tm) to basic 'mons. Eelektross did a lot of damage to Sneasel who couldn't really do much about it, while Minccino put the "cannon" in "glass cannon" to finish the job.

Togekiss was holding its own for a little bit, but before it could get much of anything done, Metagross came out with a Red Card and forced it out. Unfortunately for The Artist..., Mimikyu was unleashed upon the unsuspecting Metagross, and by the time Mimikyu's attack got up to +5 the battle was pretty much done.

Ralin got dunked on pretty early when some decently-accurate moves that might have turned the tide missed. Some funky misses, combined with Arcanine's skillful control of the battle while it was in, allowed Xali to chew through a goodly portion of Ralin's team for the big win.

Not like this, said Ralin, but unfortunately, the hefty type advantages at play in this battle combined with an early burn preventing Aggron from doing much to Arcanine tipped in Elrond's favor.

Tyrantrum and Mr. Mime were both able to get in some good setups, which, combined with their large movepools, made them serious threats. Greninja did what Greninja normally does and swept through a couple of mons, too.

Good use of some surprising EMs helped Gray pull off a win, though ER pulled off some good attempts at counters. Salamence getting frozen before it could knock out Politoed really didn't help ER's case.

GrayMagicΓ (Mamoswine, Slowking, Metagross, Clefable, Blaziken, ???) vs Xali (Rotom-Mow, Sceptile, Greninja, Cradily, Salamence, Lapras)
To start things off, Xali got some unfortunate rolls, and when he was finally able to put Greninja on the field, the frog ended up getting frozen. While Xali tried some admirable strats, Greninja's literal inability to do anything basically turned this into a 6v5. Also, Explosion is a viable tactic for avoiding getting Leech Seeded on.
