Thread: Randoms Tourney Round 2

Little bit late, but better late than never, eh?

Round 1 had some... interesting things happen. Lots of surprise wins and whatnot. (Also lots of hax.) Congratulations to all of you that made it into round 2!!!

Speaking of round 2, this round (and probably every future round) will have a bye. One lucky individual gets a bye!!! I wonder who it'll be?!?!? In the event someone drops out of the tourney for whatever reason, whoever has a bye will end up fighting in place of the dropped person.

As a reminder, the rules are below:

4v4-6v6
XY Private Full/Preview
Helds On (can be off if both battlers agree)
Sleep/Freeze/Accuracy/Evasion/OHKO/Legend Clauses On
Building Terrain
No Starting Weather
Special Rule: Modified randoms! The ref will roll a team of 4-6 Pokemon, depending on the selected battle size, for the battlers and PM this to them. Abilities and items can be chosen once you have your team.

Refs, please remember to log in this thread; you'll be paid at the end of the tourney.

Remember to schedule your match ups asap as I will be trying my best to avoid extensions; I will allow forum battles under extreme circumstances. Failure to tell me soon enough will result in the more active player advancing and the less active player being disqualified; matches that are incomplete at the conclusion of the week will have a winner determined based on the current state of the match, if possible.

Since Empire forfeited, you two are going to battle to even things out and so that there's not two byes, as mentioned in the round post up above. The deadline will still be 11:59pm EST on June 8th since I feel like 5 days is enough time for you guys to adequately get a battle in.

To everyone else, I'm going to post a reminder on Friday if there's still incomplete battles.

Since everyone's done early, you guys have until 11:59pm EST on Sunday, June 7th to update your lists should you so desire to do so. I'll roll the semi-final match ups after that time and have them posted soon after. The time for changing lists is a bit extended this time since I have plans Saturday night, and I'm not really sure when I'll get home/how tired I'll be, so it's easier for me just to give y'all the extra day. xD
