Thread: URPG General Meeting - Oct. 28 - 2017

Hey friends! I stole most of this*from Harry's April post ;D

Just wanted to invite*y'all to the General Meeting that will be on October 28th at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. During the meeting, we'll be discussing some upcoming developments in the URPG and answer questions.

For those of you in other time zones, here is a helpful reference:

The URPG leaders will be using the voice chat for the meeting. Questions can be submitted through the standard Discord client. It is recommended that all participants have some method of listening to audio.

If you wish to bring something up to the meeting, let me (or any other staff member)*know so that we can add you to the agenda and give you permissions to use voice chat during the meeting. Just PM*a staff member*the topic you're presenting and a summary of what you'll be talking about.

Reminder this is a thing this Saturday as well as we're moving it up an hour to accommodate some people on staff who may or may not have to leave soon after :x
