Welcome to the not-so-annual URPG Valentine's Auction!!
It's time for URPG to start commercializing Valentine's in our own way and offer you pretty little gifts for magnificently big prices!
You'll have the chance to win a Pokémon for yourself and for someone very dear to you.
Keep readin' and I'll let you know exactly how all this is going to work.

Auction Rules:

1. You must be a member of URPG in order to participate. Not a member yet? Please post HERE and become one!

2. You must have an active account in the URPG Discord server in order to participate as this is where the auction will be taking place. Are you a member and not yet in our Discord? It's 2017, man. Post HERE and join us!

3. Bidding starts at $1,000. Each raise must be a minimum of $100. Bidding for an item ends thirty seconds after the last bid on said item.

4. All bids are irreversible. No joke or fake bids allowed. You may not bid an amount greater than what you own.

5. If you successfully win an item, you can no longer bid on anything else in this auction.

Failure to follow these rules can result in you getting banned from the auction—or worse!

Now I'll describe what makes a Valentine's auction different from all the run-of-the-mill auctions!

In this auction you will be bidding on pairs of Pokémon, carefully selected for this wonderfully special occasion by yours truly. If you win the item, the pair of Pokés, you take one home and give the other to a person very dear to your heart! I will post in this thread on Valentine's Day announcing that all winners and their valentines may claim their gifts. You can keep the gift a surprise until then or announce it to the world beforehand if you choose! Let me emphasize, though, in case it is not clear; you must gift one of the Pokés to another if you intend to win an item at this auction.

The auction will be taking place in the URPG Discord server on Saturday, February 11th 3:00pm CST, so, please, everyone attend. We'll even have free food, so it really is no-brainer. All people who attend this auction may DM me during it for a free random berry! Except Lum Berry of course, because I'm a cheapo. These berries, too, can be received when I post on Valentine's Day announcing that all winners may claim.

Here's the recap: Show up on Feb 11 3pm CST in URPG Discord! Follow the rules! Get your free berry! Win a pair of Pokés! Then gift one of them to your special someone!
