Well here I am in the main bowl of Meteor Valley. Finely I get see some real pokemon well I hope I do. A large tree was in the clearing, and a Cleffa appeared from behind it. I was not a fan of Cleffa this pokemon, was not one I had on my list of capturing I wouldn't mind KOing; it, But, its not worth my time.

“You got to be kidding me. A Cleffa man I dont want this pokemon let get out of here. I what to see a real, pokemon not this weak little baby, pokemon I can do better then it. So lets see if it will let us pass.”

“Okay, well if wont let us pass i’ll just KO; it. This should be fun”

Ok, now what should I do to knock it out hmmm....... I think that I will just, use Empoleon’s Brick Break attack that should do the job just right.

“Okay Empoleon your up!”

I took out, Empoleon’s Pokeball and through it in the air. It opened up ,and a red light beamed for within the Pokeball. Empoleon appeared right at my feet. “Empoleon!!” Yes sir he was ready for battle, he let his battle cry. I could tell he was more the eager to do some damage from, that grin on his face.

“Use, your Brick Break attack on that Cleffa Empoleon”

Empoleon, charged at the little pokemon, lifted up his right flipper and it lit up.

Empoleon lifted his flipper high in the air and slammed it down in a strike like a fighter. The Cleffa stumbled back, and although weakened, fired back a Magical Leaf attack.

Cleffa didn’t know what hit it. Know it was more weak then before, and I was sure that the next move would KO; it once Cleffa was out of the way, the rest of Meteor Valley was mine to explore. What type of pokemon was waiting for in this valley I didn’t know, but I was more then eager to find out. Now what move to finish off Cleffa, Brick Break started this battle off why not end it with it.

“Okay, Empoleon use your Brick Break attack and finish off Cleffa once and for all!”

Empoleon, look at me and just gave me a nod turned locked on to Cleffa, and dashed off again right to Cleffa. He lifted up his right flipper again with a fire burning in his eye it look like this battle was over.

“Okay, now that Cleffa is out of the way let move on”

Me, and Empoleon walk on through the grass when a pokemon appeard in front of us. I wipped out my pokedex, to see which one it was. Chimecho, was its name and that was not the best part of it. The best part was that this pokemon was one I didn’t want yet here it is.

“WHYWHYWHYWHY!!!. I just want a good pokemon thats all I ask why, do I get this thing. I say we get out of here I don’t want this pokemon let just sneek pass it and move on. There has to be one good pokemon out there lets go find it!”.

The Chingling, didn’t want to fight. So it let us pass through as we continued we come to the back side of a pond, and a little pokemon was sitting there. It turnd around, and just looked at us curiously. it had a purple face, black body with, white Diamonds across its belly. it had a white bow on its chest. Its lips were red, its eyes were blue and white bows as ears. It had Black hair that was in a ponytail that stuck strait up. I had know clue what this pokemon ,was so I wipped out my pokedex to take look. Name Gothita type: Psychic. Height 1’04” Weight 12.8lbs. Classification: Fixation Pokemon. Abilities: Frisk Reveals the foe’s held item.
-Shadow tag The opponent cannot run nor switch. If this Pokémon switches, the opponent will remain trapped. The opponent may still switch by using Baton Pass. This was the pokemon I wanted to get, it was psychic and would be a great, pokemon to add to my team now all I had to do was catch it. So now it was time to think of a strategy, to get this pokemon I didn’t know to much about, its move pool but that would be to bad. A Hidden Power attack would be a nice move, to start this battle of with but I didn’t want to do to much damage to it, right away. I wanted to make sure that it could not do that much damage to Empoleon. Empoleon, was faster then it so this gave me a advantage over, the Gothita. Plus we are near water that pond, will be a great place for Empoleon to battle in with this terrain I had this in the bag. Now what would a pokemon like this use to attack Empoloeon, with. The first thing that worried me was a Toxic attack, I didn’t know what it would use then I remembered my pokedex could tell me I clicked the liitl red butten on and it switch over to its move pool. moves: Pound, Confusion, Tickle, Fake Tears, DoubleSlap, Psybeam, Embargo, Faint Attack, Psyshock, Flatter, Future Sight, Heal Block, Psychic, Telekinesis, Charm, Magic Room--Calm Mind, Toxic, Hidden Power, Taunt, Light Screen, Protect, Rain Dance, Rain Dance, Safeguard, Frustration, Thunderbolt, Return, Shadow Ball, Double Team, Reflect, Rock Tomb, Torment, Facade, Rest, Attract, Thief, Round, Energy Ball, Fling, Charge Beam, Payback, Thunder Wave, Psych Up, Rock Slide, Dream Eater, Grass Knot, Swagger, Substitute, Trick Room-Captivate, Dark Pulse, Mean Look, Miracle Eye, Mirror Coat, Uproar. This was not good it had a lot of moves, what it would use I had know clue on what was going to happen. It might Thunder Wave me, or Grass Knot, I just didn’t know what it would do. But this was not going to stop, me I had a plan to win this thing. The strategy, was to hit fast and hard but not to hard I wanted to knock of its feet and confuse, it but that was easier said then done. So I was going to use the pond to my advantage and hide Empoleon, in it.

“Okay, i’m going to battle this one. Empoleon, go jump in to the pond the use your Swagger attack!”

Empoleon, took of running right for the pond then jump into the air and landed in the pond. Empoleon, the suck his head up out of the water and began, to do this dance on the water. At first it looked like he was playing then, his eyes began to glow red. now I know what he was doing this would confuse the pokemon, well I hope it would. If not I could send him under water and have him attack, the pokemon with it on ground it would not be able to attack Empoloen. I watched Empoleon do his dance then I called out to him.

“Empoleon, use you Hidden Power attack!”

Now this was a last minute attack, but I new that Empoleon could pull it off. His body began to shine as he ready, his attack. Empoleon, Hidden Power attack was a Dark move, I didn’t want to do this now but, looked at my park watch and I didn’t have much, time to do all I wanted to do so I needed a new strategy to fight agaist, this pokemon I needed to hit it as hard as I could now so if I had to cut the run, short it would be weak enough to catch. Now I had to sit and wait to see what happens. And I didn’t like to wait but I had no choice in this one.

The Swagger manages to confuse the Gothita, and it hurts itself in confusion a few times, unable to land an attack on Empoleon. It's very weak now, and it's in danger of fainting if it hits itself again.

I wait as Empoleon, use both attack I could tell from the way that Gothita was walking, the Swagger had worked. Then Empoleon’s use his Hidden Power attack his body shined before a flash of light filled air. I could, not see until it faded away. Gothita, look like it had just got hit, by a meteor. Confused and weak, this was perfect. Just as long as Gothita didn’t faint on me. Now how to catch it I didn’t want to attack anymore, because any attack from Empoleon would KO; Gothita. I could use Water Sport that way Gothita, does not get hurt and i’m safe from KOing her, but I still needed to catch it now and not later. This was the opportune moment for me, and I was not about to miss it. I was about, to use Water Sport when I remembered that Empoleon, had more the one move I could use that would, not damage Gothita. Now all I had to do was pick which one I wanted, to use there was Swords Dance, Water Sport, Mist and Growl. I needed just one or two of these attacks. Water Sport attack was good for weakening, fire type pokemon because the pokemon that use the attack shoots water, all over the battle field make the Power of fire weak. then, we have Swords Dance in which the pokemon does a Dance that boost its attack that was helpful, but not in this battle the next attack was Mist this attack was a good one it make, the user unable to get hit by move like Confuse Ray. That is a nice move, to have on hand and Empoleon, was in the water that move would be easier for him to do. And, Growl attack it would drop Gothita’s, attack by one it was not that much but some times that's all you need to win a battle. I took, off my backpack and took out my book of tactics. If I have the page, with me I would golden this book has all my past battle in it and how, I won then and in the back of it a long list, of tactics that would help find out what the pokemon, might try and do as a last stand attack. There was a chance, that it would try to use a Protect or Rest if it could get one of those off without, hurting it self. then there was the chance that it would try to just hit, Empoleon as hard as it could before, fainting and the most likely moves were Thunderbolt, Grass knot, and Toxic those would be it best move to try and use, if that was the case. I was worried about it trying to use a Thunderbolt, attack because if it hit. Empoleon was in the water and Thunderbolt, would deep-fry Empoleon and that's not a chance I was about to take.

“Empoleon, get out of the water now!”

Empoleon, just gave me a confused look then jump out of the water he was ready for me to tell him to attack Gothita. I still needed a attack that would KO; and I could not make, up my mind so I would use two of the moves first was Growl.

“Great, job now use your Growl attack”

Empoleon opend his mouth more and let out a roar if i didn’t know Empoleon, Growl I would run for the hills but i do and Gothita didn’t but she was confused, so I don’t think it was worried about it to much. all I had to do was hope that when I through that pokeball I get the pokemon i want. Gothita, would be mine I look at my park watch and eyes fell out of my head my, time was running out. I needed to catch Gothita, now or never. I still didn’t know if it would work I wanted, to make sure that when I did it I would have a great chance of catching it. Empoleon, stoped using Water Sport if this worked I was going to make Empoleon, head of the team. this battle was coming, to it end and all I can do is sit here a think about what i;m going to do. But it was time to end, the battle now I opend my backpack and started to look for my Hyper-ball I was going to use a parkball, but it was to weak for this Pokemon. I found the Hyper-Ball I picked it up looked right at Gothita this ball was my best chance of catching Gothita if it faild I had to use a low grade ball and that would drop my chances of getting this pokemon.


“ Hey wish. me luck Empoleon”

Empoleon looked at me and gave me a nod he new we could catch this pokemon now it was time to find out if I would. I through the Hyper-Ball into the air and it shot over Empoleon head would I get Gothita? I was about to find out. My hand began to get hot and I started to burn up it was like time had slow down I was waiting for a time snap but I just looked at the ball as it was in the air then it opened up it was about to suck up Gothita the moment of truth was here was i going to catch Gothita? or was I going to fail I didn’t know and it was killing me just waiting here to find out it was all up to luck now I shut my eyes and waited for my Empoleon to let me know if I had got it or not.

“Okay, Empoleon if this does not work use you Mist attack!

Empoleon, didn’t look happy with my choice of move but it was the move he had to use. Empoleon, took a deep breath exhaled out some water first came out then a slow Mist, began to came out Empoleon’s mouth. for Empoleon to use his Mist attack he first had to heat, his belly to make steam but not to much of it of it would not work right it had to be perfect. this way if my attack faild Mist would be ready.

The attack had worked and Gothita had been captured at last I could move on. It was not long before a pokemon appeared I pulled out my pokedex to take a look. The pokemon I was looking at was a Reuniclus not a bad pokemon but I had used my Hyper Ball on Gothita so I would not be able to catch it to day. So I have to drop a pokedoll I would run but there was a chance that the pokemon would not let us pass. I opend up my back pack and pulled out the pokedoll and spoke to my ranger.

“Okay i’m just going to drop this off here and move pass this pokemon”

I took the pokedoll and through it at the Reuniclus.
