I pushed my self out of my bead. I looked out the window and saw that the sun had not risen yet. I then looked at the clock wondering why I had sent my alarm so early. I groggily got out of bed and wobbled over to my closest and changed my clothes in to my uniform. I then fell down the stairs (ouch) and then pulled myself up to the table. I poured and ate my cereal. It wasn’t until I splashed some water onto my face.

“OH CRAP,” I yelled, likely waking up the whole base. That was just what I need, to get on the bosses bad side or anyone’s bad side for that matter. I ran out of the base leaving my cereal half full. I jogged down the road to where the newest park gate was. This was a unique area in that it had Pokémon of all areas but only the weaker ones. I’m not sure how it happened it just kinda appeared her one-day, like some people had gotten together and decided that it would be a good idea. Or the boss had something to do with it. The boss had to do with a lot of things, and I would be to nervous to ask.

The Gate sat in a forest with trees surrounding the gate and the whole area. I found a log that had nicely fallen near the gate. I sat down and waited for my trainer to appear.

OOC: Wow this is so new to me. RPing and stuff. I so used to regular text games like the URPG itself XD. I forget to say this, sorry, but my destination will be Mt. Oktori. Just for a heads up.

    IC:

The forest with thickly covered in leaves and bushes; I didn't think I could go through there. In the slam middle of the cluster of pine and maple trees was a snow-capped mountain that is just above the clouds. Dawn arrived with the first few rays of the sun coming from the horizon behind me. I hastily walked into the gate so that I won't waste time.

I followed a small narrow path with foliage all on the ground. A Spearow was just woken up by my walking in the path and making noises by brushing leaves on branches and on the floor. the Spearow gave a loud cry that waked up everything in the forest. A pissed Teddiursa was yelling out the birds above and Caterpie were engaging battles with nearby Pokémon; just to show how mad they are.

The first hours in the forest were simply terrible. Just terrible. Everything was being so loud and mad. None of them could go back to sleep because it was already day. Hoothoot wwere fighting for the other Pokémon to shut up and let them sleep. My ears were already hurting from the usual screech of a Pidgey on a branch next to my shoulder. The location look abandoned, with the plants growing over the path, signs with Pidgey poop on it, and a Pokémon Center I just passed with the doors boarded up. #0 minutes later I was able to reach the foot of the mountain. My PokeNav locates me on the south side of Mt. Oktori in the National Park.

I looked down at my watch. It had been a long time since I had sat down. I stood up and looked at the park. There was flock of Hoothoot flying out of it near Mt. Oktori. Hoothoot tended to sleep during the day; something must have woken them up. It could be going crazy in the park, or maybe my trainer was near there! Or maybe both! What ever it was it was my duty to investigate!

I jogged into the woods. I passed a few sleeping Pokemon and a few that were awake. Soon I passed some abandoned buildings. I must be near the Ruined Manor! It was risky to be out here and no one should be out here a lone! I stopped jogging and started running. Soon I reached the icy slopes of Mt. Oktori. That was when I saw him.

“Hey you!” I yelled as I skidded to a stop in front of him, “It’s dangerous here you should not be here alone!” I was panting. I got a good look at him and realized that he was going to be the trainer that I would be taking today. Oh boy, today was going to be long.

“I’m suppose to take you through the park!” I added, “What if you got hurt! No one would be here to help you!” Take a breath, I told myself calm down; you’re getting paid for this. “It’s okay, just don’t wander off again.” I scanned the area for any looking for any Pokemon. We were in luck since I saw one near a tree. It was asleep leaning on the trunk. It was small with a yellow body with brown stripes. It had big eye and a small two-leaf sprout. I pointed at it.

“That’s a Sunkern,” I explained, “You wanna try and catch it? We can try to avoid it but that may be a gamble.”

"No thank you," answer the trainer in a small and timid voice. The trainer was wearing a blue, long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. He had a small orange backpack on his back. He was in about 5''6' in stature and with light skinned. He had short back hair under a straw hat.

"Fine, but we have to walk quietly so we don't disturb it," I said. we tipped toed up the mountain, trying not to disturb the rocks. After 30 seconds, the trainer steps on a twig and cracks it. It gets the Sunkern's attention and Sunkern start yelling. It start using Bullet Seed on us. "Quick run in a zig-zag line. We run up the mountain, trying to dodge the Sunkern's attack.

2 minutes past and we enter this forest on a stable ledge of the mountain. Pine trees covered in snow blocked our view behind us. A Vanilly was seen in front of us and a Machop was seen near a berry tree covered in snow. We continue on of another worn out trail, like the one before, partially covered in snow.

The air was getting thin and cold, so I put on my jacket I had stored in my trusty bag. The snow was getting deeper on the trail. At a sudden point, a wall stopped the trail. I looked around and saw a stair case that led up. "Come lest go over here," I said to the trainer.

The trainer looked at the Sunkern before saying that he didn’t want it. He then ran up the hill towards the mountain. I was worried that he was going to slip and fall on the ice! And then I would get fired! And he would get hurt. The small grass type just watched as Nelson ran off. I sweat dropped, as did the seed like Pokemon. I had no choice but to fallow him.

After a few minutes of walking I found Nelson sanding near the base of the mountain. It was risky being out here, with all the snow and Ice. Pokemon could be hiding in the snow while the ice was slippery and there were many cliffs that could drop off into pits that would lead to death. I was glad that he hadn’t gone any father up.

“Now then,” I said as I looked around the area hopping to spot some good Pokemon. Unlucky for us there seemed to be no one around but us. I grabbed Nelson by the wrist and pulled him a long.

“Stay behind me,” I said, “Okay?” as we walked up the cold mountain we came to a clearing. There were many rocks around and there was a light blue Pokémon chopping at the rocks, smashing them into pieces.

“That’s a Machop,” I said as I pointed at it, “You want one?”

"How can I catch a Pokémon," said the trainer," if I don't have one to battle." "Then how the hell do you expect to catch a Pokémon?" I question. "I was hoping you can catch it for me." he responded, "You catch as much Pokémon as you can and in the end I'll choose which of the three I'll keep."

I'm getting paid for this, I thought, might as well do it. "Fine, Aaron I choose you!" I threw my Pokeball and out came a beam of red light, which then my Aggron appeared.

"Aaron now use Rock silde!" I directed. Aaron then jumps on the ground and causes rocks from the side of a cliff fall down and creating a huge, rocky land slide approaching the Machop. The Machop was still busying at the bottom breaking rocks, not knowing the disaster above it.

    Gender of the Machop?

I watched as Nelson sent out his Aggron. I thought that it was a weird choice, since fighting types are four times effective against the rock and steel type. Maybe he was trying to make the Machop underestimate him, or make he had the perfect strategy to weaken and catch the fighting type. Aggron let out a roar as he looked for his target. His eyes settled on Machop and he growled. He listened to his masters command and stared shacking the ground sending rocks hurtling down the slope and towards the Machop who was still breaking rocks.

The Machop heard the rock slide and looked up. The Machop knew that it was too late to run and faced the rock side. Once the rocks had reached him she started punching smashing rock after rock. Sure some rocks hit, but may were destroyed. Since the rocks were weak to the fighting type it did not do as much damage as it could have. Once the rockslide was over the Machop looked around trying to find the source of the avalanche or to see if it was natural causes. Its eyes settled on Aggron and it knew that it had found the clause.

Machop ran over to wear Aggron was its hands were glowing blue. It jumped up once it was about a foot away from Aggron. It spread its arms wind and then crossed them striking Aggron right in the chest. It then kicked off of Aggron doing no damage and landing a few yards away. It was now flexing its muscles as if to taunt Nelson and Aggron.

The Machop did more than enough damage to Aaron. Aaron never really can carry out my instructions and therefore the use I really could find for him is making him a wall. I usually make the Pokémon weaker then, send out Shich, my Blaziken, or another one of my Pokémon to finish the job.

As Aaron gets ready for my command, I think of a great combo, one that hopefully Aaron can carry out my instructions and complete my given task. The Machop is still standing across the battlefield ready to anticipate Aaron's next move, which single go time.

The trainer that came with me is watching silently behind us sitting on the floor, indian-style, or whatever people nowadays call the cross-legged position. He too is waiting for the attack.

A good I could use is hit the Machop then use Metal Sound, maybe Aaron won't skip the Metal Sound like before. "Now Aaron, use Body Slam, and after that use Metal Sound!" I command. Aaron begins charging towards Machop. "Aggron!" Aaron cries out.

Aggron let out a roar and started running towards the Machop. I pulled out my tablet and started checking the data one my trainer and his Pokemon. Apparently Aggron did not get the move body slam naturally and would have to be taught it via breeding move. According to the sigh up Aggron did not know any extra moves that were not level up. So he would not be able to preform the move correctly.

Aggron kept on running and rammed into Machop doing a little damage but not as much if he had been taught the move. Machop was still very close to Aggron and was going to be taking advantage of this. Since Aggron was a little winded after trying to preform the body slam that Machop was able to get down low and sweep his foot down by Aggron’s feet doing a lot of damage to the rock and steel type. Machop jumped away from the steel type as he started to fall. Aggron tripped and fell down causing major damage to his legs and lowering his speed a little bit.

Aggron stood up and turned to face Machop, and roared, this time the roar had more force and Machop reached up to cover where its ears should be. The attack caused for Machop’s special defense to fall quite a bit. I was a bit surprised by the move since most of Aggron’s attacks were physical based and lowering the Special defense wound not help a lot.

Once the roar was over Machop jumped back to where the earth was soft and not frozen and started digging until it was far in the earth and was out of sight. The Machop had used dig, a move that would take some time to execute. This gave Nelson and Aggron time to react; I wondered what I would do.

What! Body Slam is a level-up move according to the Ultradex. A never mind. At least Metal Sound pulled through. Also I need this battle to be successful as possible. Voltchen has just gave up his Dewford Gym, and that's my call the hurry up with my plans of preparing and building my Fighting type team, before someone claims it.

    IC:

"Come back, Aaron!" I direct as I pull out Aaron's Pokeball. Aaron turned into a red beam of light and return to its ball. "You did good Aaron, you helped through the plan," I whisper to the Pokeball. "Shich, I choose you!" I say throwing out a Pokeball from my pocket. As expected, my Blaziken appeared out as a red beam of light. "Blaziken!" cried out Shich.

"Shich! Quick, use Protect!," I commanded. Shich then creates a blue force field around itself and stays in there, safe from Machop's attack. We wait patiently for the Machop to emerge any moment from the cold, frozen earth.

Aggron was recalled in a red bean of light. The space wasn’t empty for long as a large fire and fighting type was sent out to fight in the same matter that Aggron was put into his ball. This Blaziken had been taught the move protect was going to put that money to good use.

Blaziken put of his arms and closed his eyes. He moved a little off the ground and a blue orb surrounded the fire type. After the orb was formed Blaziken landed back on the ground and the orb flattened out when it hit the ground. The Pokemon would be completely immune to all attacks, at least until the orb weakened.

Machop had been under the ground for a while now, I wondered if he had chosen to run away or just not come up. Maybe it was taking a nice little nap down there. I could go for a nap right now, but it was a bit too cold for me, if I fell asleep I may never wake up!

Machop was a Pokemon so he would be okay taking a nap underground. I was interrupted from my ramblings when I heard a clunk sound. The barrier around Blaziken was fading and Blaziken was looking down at a hole in the ground. Machop must have come up right under Blaziken and have been blocked by the protect.

Machop surfaced again, this time right next to the fire type. The barrier had just faded. Machop ran over to Blaziken and delivered a weak chop to Blaziken’s chest. Blaziken wasn’t even pushed back by this blow and waited for his next command. Machop had jumped back and was standing a few feet away.

After the Machop landed a Karate Chop, it was blown back a few feet. Blaziken looked as ready as ever, and as did Machop. With Machop's Special Defense lowered, Blaziken can use a fire type move and dead serious damage to the Machop.

But what if Machop evaded the shot and used Dig again. That's when I decided that defensive measures should always come before offense. "Shich use Bulk Up!" I directed. This way Shich could have his Defense increased, and even his Attack for bonus. Shich glowed in red signifying that a stat increase has happened. Now another help was needed. "Shich use Focus Energy! After that use Flamethrower and then Slash!" I commanded, "I want a critical hit, okay Shich!"

Blaziken focused himself and puffed out his fur, his hands seemed to get harder and his fur stronger, boosting both attack and defense.

Blaziken was getting ready to focus again, but was standing completely still. Machop was not about to allow for more buffs to be gained. He ran towards Blaziken his hand glowing red. He collided with the fire and fighting type, not just doing damaged but confusing Blaziken as well. Blaziken could not stand up strait and was being rather wobbly.

Since the focus energy was interrupted Blaziken decided to jump right to the next move and lance a flamethrower attack. He opened his mouth and a stream of flame came out of there. The fire hit Machop, who was still close after the punch.

Before Machop jumped away, he brought his hands down and did a different chopping move, this one of the dragon type.

Blaziken was angry and ran at Machop, his hands extra sharp. Machop jumped up and on top of a Rock missing and injuring himself. He stumbled back , confused and off balance, waiting for the next command.

After the Dual Chop from Machop, Shich was a bit frustrated. I was thinking of a strategy on how to defeat the Machop. I already had its Special Defense lowered, and the Flamethrower did a lot of damage. I was scared fi another Flamethrower would kill the Machop. Maybe the Flamethrower won't kill of the Machop.

"OK. Shich, I want you to use Flamethrower on Machop, but I don't want you to kill it, so try to lower on the damage!" commanded Nathan. Shich jumped up and began to create fire in his mouth. Then Shich shout out a pillar of fire towards Machop. “Blaziken!” cried out Shich while preforming the Flamethrower.

Blaziken Opened his mouth and a spew of flames emerged. The red-hot fire went flying towards the fighting type. The Pokemon was getting tired and was unable to jump out of the way in time. Instead Machop crossed his arms and steadied himself trying to have his arms absorb the damaged in his arms and hands instead of in his body. The flame ended and The Machop started panting.

It ran over to Blaziken, moving a lot slower then before. A high powered attack like flamethrower combined with how his specail defence had been lowered ment that the fire type attack must have hurt a lot. Some of his body was still red, very hot but not quite burned. We it may have hurt but it wasn't doing any damage. Blaziken was still in one spot. Waiting for the next order. Machop jumped up and slapped Blaziken right in the chest. Blaziken didn’t even flinch and pushed Machop away, not even reacting to the heat of Machop’s body.

Sorry for the delay! I don't check BMG that ogten anymore.

    IC:
The Machop had used Wake-Up Slap on Shich, but it was useless. The Machop was pretty hurt and burnt. Maybe nows the time to act.

I scrabbles through my bag filled with papers and knicknacks. I finally found a Park Ball and took aim at the Machop.

The Machop was no where o ,y sight. I was so distracted I had forgot where the little critter was. "Shich, where's the Machop?" I asked. Shich looked towards the trees and hidden, was the Machop, recoverimg from it's burn. "This is it!" I said throwing the ball at the llittle monster.

    OOC: @EmpireCrusher203;

The Ball went flying though the air towards Machop. Machop looked up and saw the ball flying towards him. He Reach up his arm and chopped the ball causing it to fall into two different pieces, rendering it useless.

Machop ran towards Blaziken, both of his hands glowing purple. Blaziken was looking at the chopped ball, and looked down, Blaziken wasn’t paying attention to Machop, nor had he been given any orders. One chop was delivered to the shoulder, the other to the chest. Blaziken was sent flying backwards and hit a pile of rocks. The Pile tumbled apart, and the snow that was behind the fire and fighting type came pouring out.

I jumped up and released my Staraptor. I jumped on her back and flew over to Nelson, gabbing him just before the snow reached him. Staraptor flew over to a rock that was sticking out of the ground and was above the snow and placed Nelson on top of the rock. I stayed mounted on Staraptor and started circling the area, wary of any other dangers.

The area had now been covered with snow that was seven feet high. Blaziken was just under the snow bank and with a humph light himself on fire and melted the snow that was near him. Machop could not be seen however and was currently under the snow somewhere.
