Beginner RP: Connor (Cmann)

NBP #1

The Ranger sat waiting patiently by the front gate to the Botanical Gardens of the National Park. Probably one of the most tranquil areas, at least on the surface, he took the opportunity to bring one of his newest Pokémon along. With a long blade of grass between his fingers, he dangled it above the gentle Nidoran's nose as she stood up on her hind legs trying to bite it. Swinging it back and forth, he encouraged her to step side-to-side in pursuit of the agitating leaf. She kept her balance while extending up and shifting around, showing a surprising amount of coordination and grace on two legs. He dropped the grass and she caught it between her large incisors and nibbled at it, quickly severing it. He picked the young Pokémon up and placed her in his lap, carefully petting her spiny back.

Bradley looked froward to showing a new Trainer around the Gardens, and relaxed with his Nidoran in the warm sunlight while imagining what different types of Pokémon might show themselves during this visit.

Connor felt pretty confident going in to the park.He already had won a few battles already.But Connor thought that if he could get a few more pokemon to help grovyle and Braixen,he could beat anyone at anytime.Connor thought to himself that he would need a flying type to help grovyle and an electric type to help Braixen.But he knew that he'd be lucky to even get one Pokémon of any type.Before entering the park,Connor brushed Braixens fur and then began to talk about all the adventures they'd be going on.Braixen seemed ready to battle.After checking that he was ready,Connor walked up to the park gate.

 

NBP #2

Bradley spied a young Trainer approaching the gate to Garden with a happy looking Braixen at his side. A cool breeze blew in from the Trainer’s direction, and the sun was more hidden behind the clouds than usual. The normal fair weather of the Garden seemed like it might give way to a shower soon. Bradley gave his Nidoran one last affectionate rub behind her ear before cradling her in an arm she quickly burrowed into, and stood up to greet the newcomer.

“Hello, welcome to the Park,” the Ranger said with a smile, “I’m the Ranger here to accompany you, Bradley. This is the Botanical Garden, all manner of Grass, Bug, and even a few Flying Pokémon call it home, and it’s filled with flowers, fields, and ponds. It’s as good a place to picnic as explore, but what brings you here Trainer?”

"Hello Bradley" Connor said. "I'm here to get some support for my partner pokemon,Braixen". I also came here to train with grovyle. Braixen grabbed her stick and lit on fire. "I'm not here to fool around Bradley and I'm sure your not either". Connor remarked. "Don't worry if it rains,My Braixen can use sunny day and so can my grovyle". Anyways thanks for taking me on my first park trip. Connor said.
