    URPG Sun & Moon Release Epic Boss Battle!
    Get In The Bag, Nebby!

    PWN|BMG|PXR

    It’s a nice day in Konikoni City. The sun is out, the breeze is cool and the only clouds are far away on the horizon. People hustle and bustle through the rustic streets, searching for deals and delights amongst the many shops and stalls.
    When suddenly, a voice bursts out from the crowd!
    “Nebby! Get in the bag!”

    A Pokémon seems to have run away from its Trainer!
    It’s a dangerous island for a Pokémon to go running around alone.
    Surely a few people will try to help catch it before it gets hurt, right?

    Number of Pokémon per Player: 1

    Battle Rules: SM, Private, Full
    Terrain: Changing.
    Weather: Changing.
    No Held Items.
    OHKO Clause.

    Encore, Endeavor, Perish Song, Imprison fail.
    Imposter and Download select from random teammates.
    Trace selects a random ability from a random boss.
    Ability suppressing moves will target a random boss ability.

    Max Health based effects like Recover, Super Fang and Poison status work on the base health of bosses.
    Pain Split works on the base health of bosses.
    Bosses have custom Abilities called Complex and Supernatural Recovery. See Abilities for more information.
    Epic Boss Battles feature mechanics from the upcoming Dungeons system. See Positioning and Targeting below for more information.

    Exceeding the send time limit results -$250 to individual pay and a missed turn.
    Players who do not send for at least 75% of the battle will not be eligible for item drops.
    Players who do not send for at least 25% of the battle will not be eligible for individual pay.

    Attempting to attack or harass other players will result in a failed move and a missed turn as a warning, followed by being KO'd and removed from the event if persisted. All players involved must notify the referee (BlueTowel) if attacking each other as part of a strategy.

    Health: +150% Max Health per player.
    I.e., against 4 players Nihilego has 422 + 600% (2532) hp.
    Boss health should round to closest, rounding up at .5.
    This gives Nihilego 2954 hp.

    Stats: Unmodified.

    Abilities: As Ultra Beasts: Beast Boost.
    As Bosses: Filter, Immunity, Inner Focus, Keen Eye, Limber, Magma Armor, Oblivious, Own Tempo, Sturdy, Telepathy, Vital Spirit, Water Veil
    + Complex: Halves effects of stat-lowering. E.g., Screech causes -1 Def, Leer does nothing.
    + Supernatural Recovery: 10% chance per player to remove one detrimental effect from the boss each turn. I.e., against 6 players the boss has a 60% chance to remove a detrimental effect. With 12 players, the boss has a 100% chance to remove one detrimental effect and a 20% chance to remove a second detrimental effect. Priority of secondary status > primary status > stat drops. End of turn order: 5. 2.

    Moves per turn: 2.
    Bosses move once at current speed and a second time at -1 Speed Stage.
    I.e., Nihilego will move once at 305 Speed and again at 203 Speed.

    Special mechanics: Get in the bag, Nebby!
    Trainers have up to 6 turns before the next Ultra Beast appears and the weather and terrain change in the hunt.
    If Guzzlord isn’t defeated within 6 turns of appearing, it might catch and eat Nebby!
    If Nebby is eaten, no loot will be awarded.

    Positioning and Targeting: Moves that affect multiple targets, such as Surf, Earthquake and Reflect, have a maximum number of targets they can hit.
    The targets are based on current Speed: Pokemon closest in Speed are considered closest in distance.

    For example, in the following situation:
    Nihilego 100% {305}
    Buzzwole 100% {257}
    | Terrain: Puddles | Weather: Rain |
    Rapidash 100% {309}
    Dewgong 100% {239}
    Gastrodon 100% {177}
    Slowbro 100% {159}

    If Slowbro were to use Surf, it would target Nihilego, Buzzwole and Gastrodon.
    If Gastrodon were to use Surf, it would target Nihilego, Buzzwole, Dewgong and Slowbro.
    If Dewgong were to use Surf, it would target Nihilego, Buzzwole, Rapidash and Gastrodon.

    Players will affect up to 1 Pokemon to the sides.
    Bosses will affect up to 2 Pokemon to the sides.

    Pokemon can use Speed-altering moves and abilities to change their position in later turns for strategic use.

    Boss tactics and move preference: Strategic utility. Random targeting.

    Rewards:
    $500 + 1 Exp per Ultra Beast defeated.

    Item drops (Raffle roll):
    Secret!

    PM me to send a Pokémon!
    Battle starts in Forum Battles on Tuesday, 27th December!
