URPG General Meeting - April 29

Hi folks!

Just wanted to invite everyone to the General Meeting that will be on April 29 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. During the meeting, we'll be discussing some upcoming developments in the URPG and answer questions.

For those of you in other time zones, here is a helpful reference:

The URPG leaders will be using the voice chat for the meeting. Questions can be submitted through the standard Discord client. It is recommended that all participants have some method of listening to audio.

If you wish to bring something up to the meeting, let me know so that we can add you to the agenda and give you permissions to use voice chat during the meeting. Just PM me the topic you're presenting and a summary of what you'll be talking about.

Anyways, i'll try to be there but i'm worried that voice will be a tad confusing? Why not just keep it traditional?

 

Because it's faster to talk about topics and reply to questions through audio rather than typing. The meetings can get long as it is. We probably don't want it to go three or more hours.

 

What about for those people who can't or won't listen to an audio chat, or otherwise can't attend? Will there be a summary or text transcript?

 

Yes, one of the leaders will be writing up a summary and posting it in this thread for anyone unable to attend.
