    1. It says in the rules that my starter Pokemon has to be able to evolve. Does that mean I have to evolve it?

    2. Can I have other characters that are with my character on his journey besides the character themselves? (for instance, if my character was Ash, could I also have Misty or Brock in my story? I know we're making up our characters. That's just an example.)

    If this is in the wrong section, then please kindly tell me where to post this and close this thread.

    1. No, you never have to evolve a pokemon if you don't feel like it.

    2. I'm not the best person to answer that, as I don't really RP that much.
