RP Name: Ayame Kijo

Description: With a tall and slim physique, Ayame stands a good portion above most individuals at a whooping 5'10. Her hair is such a bright silver it appears to almost be white. It parts at her forehead to form a set of longer style bangs and then into long strands down the sides to help frame her face. The upper portion of her hair is pulled into two separate rather full ponytails with the rest of her hair running in smooth strands down her back. Golden eyes are slightly hidden behind glasses. Ayame wears a light purple (or periwinkle) halter top that ends just below her chest. This is covered by a light gray and black vest. Silky black athlete pants adorn her legs and a pair of very comfy, black Converse encases her feet. On her hands is a pair of sturdy black gloves and over her shoulder rests a fairly sized black bag. Ayame is seventeen years old.

Personality: Aya is almost always happy. It is very rare not to see a grin on her face. She likes to change roles a lot from leading to following. Although she really enjoys relaxing, she works hard on the things she loves most. Ayame tends to have her head in the clouds daydreaming. Patience with people and pokemon is one of her virtues, although she does like to hurry along when she gets caught up in a task. Ayame is very emotional and tends to enjoy being in the company of friends. Occasionally, Aya likes to whine and complain to those she holds dear to her, pushing all of her problems onto them whether they want it or not. This is normally due to her trying to sort out the problems she is having. The more she seems to look sad or lost is her getting lost in thought. When addressed in this state, the closer a person is to her, the more likely she will not cheer up immediately and instead begin complaining/debating/contemplating her thoughts.

Background: Ayame was born in her house near the end of Route 15, not too far from the Laramie Ranch where her father works. Her mother works at a small science company that dedicated itself to studying fossils. Ayame ventured off for her Pokemon adventure when she was 11, instead of ten, due to having to raise Cobalt up as a young colt during that time. She never got too far with her journey due to problems that occurred around the ranch and nearby reserve. The Laramie Ranch had some financial issues and required all the help they could get, and then her mother received a lung illness from all the dust down where her group was digging. Everything seems to be running rather smoothly now though, so Ayame should be able to continue her adventure once again. She is in Goldenrod traveling, partially due to wanting to see new sites, wanting to see the once Team Rocket attempted headquarters, and picking up an item from the Department for her mother.

*Optional* Pokemon's Personality: Cobalt is a Ponyta whom Ayame has raised from a very young age. Ayame’s father had bought the young colt from the Laramie Ranch and helped his nine year old daughter raise him. After two years of training, the pair had a deep bond. Cobalt is stubborn, but rather reliable. He will put his all into a battle and refuse to stand down even if it is certain he will lose (I may write more about him later, but for now that’s all I have).
