    This is the committee devoted to training. Our goals are as such:

    • Responsible for training new professionals before the opening of the new branch
      Coordinates with Testers to ensure candidates receive the best possible preparation
      Calculate projections of active professionals to determine if we'll have enough for the incoming tide of members

    I'll be letting those know who are in this in a day or two.

    Just a note on needed numbers.

    I imagine that all four sections are currently preparing various events or offers to better entice new members to join once we expand. That's likely going to put an increased workload demand on professionals.

    Additionally, we're looking at a general increase in Pokemon forum activity over the next few months thanks to Pokemon Conquest and the Summer holidays. These various factors should probably be taken into account in order to determine how many professionals we should aim for.

    Out goal guys is to increase the amount of professionals for each section. I've already got a basic quote of new people I would like to meet, when only need people to fill them. So, let me know of anybody you guys think would be interested in getting a position and I'll them in the first post. From there we'll get to helping them.​
