Okay, I was at school today, ad in English we had to write a small essay in 500 words or less, and then this idea came to me.

Why not have a mini-tournament style event which focuses on the whole of URPG, not just battling. Of course, battling could be a part of it, but we could also use the new up-and-coming art section, the stories, contests, etc. If you're from pe2k, the best way to describe it would be like a mini-WAR event, but more directly involving URPG. It might be best to do this over a month or so?

Each section could have something to do with school subjects, so that it keeps with the school theme. A rushed section list, with little thought would be this:

Maybe a way of keeping track of everything is to give all participants a grade card with their grades. A quickly done one, already filled in would be like this:

    Art: C+
    Drama: D-
    English: B+
    P.E: A

For prizes, maybe the best overall student gets a prize, and also for every A you get you get a mart item less 5000 or less and a small cash prize?

This is quite rushed, so not everything is final atm, but yeah :s

    Ewww...School at home...NTY...

But seriously its an interesting idea, but i think what you have done is combined a lot of on going or existing competitions (SWC, Banner Comp, ladder etc...)

Yeah, I was thinking that :s

I'm sure there are some ways we can make this unique though.

I think its a pretty interesting thought, but it could be a little developed more. Like what would be the point of this - would it be just for fun or would their be a prize involved?

I also think we should have these in "quarters", kinda like real school. With the "bigger" exams happening around the times of midterms and finals.

I think it would be fun, but as more of an RP thing, rather than a URPG-wide thing. And I'm not above shamelessly promoting the RP section when it seems like it'd fit :D

I designed it so that there would be prizes for the best 'students', but I don't know how big they should be?

The activity level of this thing could be comparable to the ladder that just happened, I think. People may not be interested so much in long term prizes, or activity just in general may not be high. It sounds like it could be an interesting idea and great and all, until nobody wants to participate.

It sounds pretty interesting, but then again, most any new idea interests me. :/
