TPW Expansion: Information, Questions and Answers

As we announced, the URPG is establishing a new branch on The Pokemon World. Many changes will be made, though mainly in terms of logistics rather than rules.

I request that all URPG Leaders and Professionals register accounts on TPW to help prepare for the expansion. Members are welcome to join and I ask everyone to take the time to meet and befriend the members there.

Just as now, URPG Leadership will remain the same on all three forums (PE2K, BMG, and TPW). An Official here will be an Official there. Similarly, all profession licenses are valid on the new branch. There will be no structural differences.

A reminder to Gym Leaders. You are required to either have a forum account on all three branches or have an AIM account. This is to ensure that every members has the ability to challenge a gym leader since the gym leagues span all forums.

We will shortly be setting up various preparatory committees in which members are welcome to join in order to help out. More information will become available soon.

Please use this thread to ask any questions, comment, or make suggestions. We hope to make this expansion as orderly and successful as possible.

 

Estimate on when this will roughly happen?

 

1-3 months. Depends how quickly we get our shit together xP

 

Part of that also depends on how quickly the committees move and what might be the most optimal.

 

No clue where to post this so here goes nothing.

We really need to promote contests early if we want them to actually live (even if some of you don't). Idk how, but yeah. I can elaborate more when I get home.

 

Promote battling among BMGers/TPWers first. -_-

 

Yes, because they obviously won't know that battling is good.
