    Good, that title should keep Harry happy, now time to be sarcastic!

    As Head of Battles, aka Best Section, I'm here to announce the promotion of new members to the Head of not one, not two, but THREE of the other less important sections!

    Smiles is now officially the new Head of Stories.
    Smiles has been Acting Head of Stories for some time now, and the section has flourished and grown under her watch. She continues to work hard to improve the section as a whole, constantly striving in the hope for it to be almost as good as Battles. Smiles takes over from Princess Crow, who has served the Story section well, introducing initiatives such as Write-a-Roll for people who can't come up with their own plots. Princess Crow is thanked for her work.

    Ash K is now officially the new Head of Contests.
    Ash K was recently appointed as Acting Head of Contests, and now takes over officially from SLC. Together, Ash K and SLC worked on several large steps forward for the Contest section, including the BW contest style (a feeble attempt to capitalise on the popularity of Battles), BW Judge test and the appropriation of all previous generations moves to this new battle contest style. I'm confident Ash K will have no issues continuing the work started by SLC and improving it even further.

    WinterVines will be taking over from me as Head of Art, the section (almost) nobody wanted.
    Winter has been an excellent advisor to me, and has several ideas at the ready to help the Art section flourish. Under the leadership of someone who actually has artistic knowledge and talent, I look forward to seeing the Art section growing and becoming a larger part of the URPG. As a suggestion, I would recommend bonus points for any artworks which depict a Pokemon battle, as we all know those are the real reason anybody URPGs.

    Many thanks to Princess Crow and SLC for their hard work in their respective sections, and good luck to our new leaders in their new appointments.

    All hail Battles.
