Park Demotions

Hello everyone! I want to open this fairly stereotypical, by thanking everyone involved in the National Park for all their hard work. The Park has seen record for Trainer visits recently, and this is all thanks to our wonderful Rangers who pull their weight and more in keeping the National Park running. Obviously, I won't be much of a deal without you bunch taking care of the Park.

Then there's the higher echelons, the "upper" people who keep things running at a higher level and plan for the future. The Park has continued to evolve even past the shut-down of late 2010 - We've had a successful Mission RP, Park events, introduced many unique items and even a Ranger pay rise (you b*tches better be satisfied).

SO. BACK ON TOPIC. Every now and then, one of our Rangers shows an aptitude for being able to work at the higher levels. Scratch that - quite a lot of you Rangers show that - but these rare few are able to showcase their skills and love of the Park continually and consistently, by taking lots of runs, dealing with conflicts and issues, and helping to keep the Park running smoothly. I'm here today to announce that we have a new Elite Ranger, one who has shown much promise and has done quite a lot of work for the Park, both in plain view and in the background.

So I'd like all of you to congratulate WinterVines on her deserved (late) promotion to the exalted position of National Park Elite Ranger! So with that, we have 3 Elites now.
