New Referee

Masami (Espeon Rinage) has finally joined back the ranks of referees by passing his ref test. However, his performance was a bit messy this time so he will have an one week license to get things right.

Expect him to be a permanent referee in a week's time. Or at least hopefully. ^_^

 

Masami has passed his retest and is now a permanent referee.
