New Method of Earning EXP

    Hey , everyone, just popping in to let you guys know that from this point forward, putting any Extra Move (Egg Move, Technical Machine, Move Tutor Move, or Event Move) or Hidden Ability on your Pokemon excluding Hidden Machines will count towards its Experience total for evolution.

    There will also be a change to one of the methods of gaining Experience. Previously, 1 EXP could be earned from buying one Extra Move in addition to assigning your Pokemon a Nature. Since all Extra Moves now count towards the Experience total, that part has been changed to assigning your Pokemon a Nickname instead.

    To recap:
    • Each non-HM Extra Move or Hidden Ability now counts as 1 EXP
    • Giving your Pokemon both a Nickname and assigning it a Nature counts as 1 EXP
    EDIT: This change is also retroactive. This means that any EMs/Hidden Abilities you already had on your basic Pokemon at the time of this announcement count toward evolution.

    Your mons are already mostly evolved, so I don't think this applies much anymore really.

    And if you just wanna trip along and earn just 500 or 1500 for 2v2s and 3v3s, then that's your call I guess lol. The rest of us will be earning 2500+!
