    So apparently the staff have been planning a lot of stuff that they didn't plan on telling us... First of all there will be another April Fool's prank, this time affecting both forums. Second they are planning on expanding to Smogon and it's been all planned out, with a set date of 4/8/12 (the day the April Fool's prank is set to end). Third, HKim is planning on leaving and Pidge is to become Head of URPG. Fourth, URPG is going to become multilingual and everyone must know the following languages: English, Japanese, German, French, and Spanish. Fifth, in a few days, Gyms and Divisions will no longer be allowed rentals. And finally, everything above this is a total hoax and Buoysel. has obtained a one week reffing license, good for basics and regular battles (no gym/e4/oi/whatever) by decree of the omnipotent Pidge. So maybe 7 is his lucky number...
