Ref Wages [March 12 - March 26] + Announcement

Awesome to see so many new and returning refs in the recent weeks!

As per the countless bitchfests and the singular coherent discussion in Trainer's Court, the following revisions have been made to referee wages:

• 6v6 battles now pay $4,000 to the referee.
  This change has been made to bring the payment ratio in line with other battle sizes for which the referee payment sits half way between the winner and loser.
  This makes the referee profession a viable alternative to battling as it will continue to pay at a rate which is roughly equivalent to a 50% win rate in the same number of battles.
  The difficulty of reffing a standard 6v6 has no bearing on this change and is not considered a reasonable factor for the increase.
• Champion and Elite Four battles now pay $6,000 to the referee.
  This change HAS been made due to the relative length and difficulty of refereeing a 6v6 battle at this tier of play.
• Legend Defender payments may be reviewed in future, but at this stage remain unchanged.
