  I also subscribe to the "stick the story in MS Word and write comments on it" approach that you brought up in your grade, and I think it made your Detail/Grammar sections a lot more coherent. That being said, don't be afraid to focus on the big picture/Plot section a little more, even if you're feeling uncertain: the bulk of your commentary on the overall story consisted of "I thought the story was nice"--which is good positive reinforcement, but maybe talk about what particular parts of the plot you think worked/didn't.
