Curator Wages: to 1/25

With the introductions of Story and Art for Cash as well as Legends, this is just a general reminder for curators to really consider your scores. I want them to be fair with good feedback and all that.

This is especially true when we start doing Cash submissions. These scores should not reflect just a pass/fail with a couple points added or subtracted either way. I want you guys to place the art into the correct tier it belongs. If it helps, envision the piece in each of the ranks, starting from the most difficult, and work your way down til you find the place it fits into. Does it pass at Demanding? No? Complex? Nah. Hard? Bingo.

Scores are an indicator of how well an artist did and how much they can improve. I also don't want people curating things based on other work that person has done. That is not how it should work. Each piece should be judged individually on its own merit, regardless of what the artist has done before. Maybe they were having an bad day or they were trying out a new technique or style that's not as realistic or polished or in comic style as their previous ones. That is okay. Scores should not be reflective of their work as a whole, because then eventually, they will be failing Mediums just because the curator has "seen better from them." Judge pieces by themselves.

Enjoy money! All amounts from now on count toward Legend Tracker, as all curations as of 2016 count toward that. If you're going to keep track, remember to link wage paid threads in your profession log or wherever you're keeping track of it.
